Horrible service. 1 menu to 4 people. Horrible food as well. Fried noodles came out hard almost like crunchy murruku. Told the waiter that it was hard to eat and asked for a replacement. Instead, he replied telling us that fried noodles "are supposed to be like that because they're fried" and that if we want a replacement we have to pay extra. The food took 20 mins for to come. Ordered a chicken steak that came with soggy fries and rice instead of mashed potato(which was written on the menu). Waiter did not even offer to change back to correct item. Steak sauce was bad, black pepper sauce turned out more like soy sauce. Very disappointed. Waste of my money(charged a service charge for the terrible service as well). Flies in the restaurant. DONT COME HERE. Not recommended. Shame to the Rajadhani name. Even took extra 10mins for desert. Desert was bad. Fried ice cream all melted. Falooda lacked ingredients such as nuts and fruits and...

DON'T RECOMMEND! Very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Be aware if you go to panchali they lead you to swaad pure veg restaurant which is a hopeless restaurant. We had to wait at least 30–40 minutes just to get the dosa and idlis we ordered, while others who arrived after us were served the same items much faster. The service was extremely poor—after finishing our meal, we had to wait a long time for the bill and even had to remind them of the remaining balance they owed us.
