Never recommended for family, especially kids. Very bad cleaning service. Extremely poor customer service. Very unhealthy and unhygienic place.

I had the same experience recently. This KFC is the worst. They have no manners in serving the food. Their staff can not even tell the available food and offers. Their cleaning is very poor. All tables were filthy with left overs and oils. Even after asking to get the table cleaned more than 3 times, they didn't clean the table. This young woman, a cleaning staff, just sprayed soap water here and there on the table and didn't wipe it properly. She brought the food and placed it on top of the soap water in the table.

They were clearly uninterested in serving good food. We ordered Big 8, a combo of 4pc Hot & Crispy Chicken and 4pc Smoky Red Chicken. They initially said, it will only take 5 minutes. However, they asked for more time and also served 4pc Hot & Crispy Chicken at the time. We finished eating that and after many 5 minutes thier staff appeared at our table with 2pc Hot & Crispy and 2 pc Smoky Red ( instead of 4pc Smoky Red) and said it will take more time to make the Smoky Red, therefore you can have this. We said no and asked to serve us what we ordered. But this staff, a young girl, didn't even hesitate to take the chicken we didn't order from our table. She just left it there and walked away arrogantly. We had to call her back to get it taken away. She is the same person who didn't clean the table. The first 2pc of Smoky Red Chicken was cold and old. Didn't taste like fresh at all. Plus they served cold French Fries.

I placed an order for the Ultimate Bucket through takeaway and was surprised to find that your staff refused to provide the Pepsi bottles included in the meal, offering only glass Pepsi in their place.

I have frequented other KFC locations in the past and have never faced this issue. Each time I ordered a similar meal for takeaway, I received the Pepsi in convenient plastic bottles, which are much more practical for transport and use. However, during this visit, I was informed that I could only receive the beverages in glass bottles, which are not only inconvenient but also impractical for someone carrying a takeaway order.

As a loyal customer, this experience has been frustrating. I was looking forward to enjoying the meal I ordered in the comfort of my home, but the lack of appropriate beverage packaging made the experience less satisfying. This inconsistency in service across different KFC outlets is confusing and disappointing.

I would like to understand why this location has a different policy regarding beverage packaging and whether this is a standard practice across your outlets. If it is not, I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure consistency in customer service and...

I recently visited the KFC outlet at RP Mall in Kozhikode, and it turned out to be a fairly satisfying experience.
