One of the worst experiences ever had.... Ordered 2 large pizzas online for an office treat.. they have accepted the order but never delivered.. waited for around 3 hours, kept calling the number provided online , never picked.. we tried to cancel the order but there was no option for it, later the treat was cancelled because the order was still shown accepted and we didnt have any option to order from anywhere else.. We then went to the shop in person, they said that they don't have any idea that we ordered.. we checked at the shop on their computer and they said that someone from the office accepted the order but forgot about it... They said that they'll refund the entire money and will pay us extra for our inconvenience via bank transfer.. Till now they NEVER PAID US BACK anything..not even the money we have paid for the order.. I don't think 1077 is a small amount for a two pizza order.. They have been saying petty reasons for the irresponsible behaviour...like the manager was not there, that manager resigned, etc...
Anyone reading this review please remember that none of them will be responsible other than you, on delivering your package or refunding once you order from this place.
Note : Didn't got the pizza, lost money ,lost the travel expenses to enquire...

I placed an order, paid in full, and waited hours for my foodāonly for it to never arrive. When I contacted the restaurant, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. After 3 hours we went to the restaurant since we ordered at office time to know that it was completely their mistake and unprofessional way of handling orders .
Not only did they fail to deliver my order, but they also refused to issue a refund. The customer service was appalling, with no accountability or effort to resolve the issue. Itās unacceptable to take someoneās money and provide nothing in return, let alone treat them with such disrespect.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other restaurants that actually deliver on their promisesāboth in terms of food and...

They delivered the wrong pizza and started making all kinds of reasoning and excuses instead of accepting mistake and taking responsibility. I asked for a refund for the faulty pizza. But they outright said no. Later, the manager agreed to give me a replacement the next time I visit kochi (same week Friday I told them) . They agreed on call and then send me a message saying they will only replace on same day and that I have to bring back the wrong pizza. How rude is that? After agreeing to something and then changing that on message like cowards. For me it wasn't about getting my pizza back, it was more about business ethics which they didn't seem to have.
Either way I told them I didn't need a replacement. Their pizzas are below average...
