Disappointing Dining Experience at Malabar Paradise Restaurant, Kottayam
My recent visit to Malabar Paradise Restaurant in Kottayam was nothing short of disappointing. Despite the restaurant's promising name, the overall experience left much to be desired, with several glaring issues that overshadowed any potential positives.
Let's start with the food. Despite the menu boasting of authentic flavors and culinary delights, the reality fell far short of expectations. The dishes served were nothing more than average, lacking the depth of flavor and creativity that one would expect, especially given the price point. For the amount charged, I had anticipated a memorable gastronomic journey, but unfortunately, the food failed to deliver.
Moreover, the condition of the restroom was appalling. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority, as the facilities were in a dire state of neglect. The lack of hygiene in such a basic aspect of the dining experience was both off-putting and unacceptable.
Furthermore, the discrepancy between the quality of the offerings and the rate charged by the restaurant was glaringly obvious. The value proposition simply did not add up, leaving me feeling as though I had overpaid for a subpar meal in an unsanitary environment.
In conclusion, Malabar Paradise Restaurant in Kottayam falls short of its purported standards in both culinary excellence and basic hygiene. The average food quality, coupled with the deplorable condition of the restroom facilities, makes it difficult to justify a return visit. For those seeking a truly satisfying dining experience, I would recommend exploring other options...

Now, let's talk about the food - it was simply outstanding! The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Kerala dishes bursting with flavors. I particularly enjoyed the traditional fish curry and appam, which were cooked to perfection. The presentation of the dishes was impressive, adding to the overall dining experience.
Overall, 'Flavors of Kerala' exceeded my expectations with its delicious food, excellent service, and cozy atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to savor authentic Kerala cuisine in a welcoming setting. Can't wait to visit again soon!"

And also there was a power out and eventhough they switched on the generator it didnt light the rooms and it went that way for 15 - 20 minutes which was very disappointing for the amount we pay ....
