Hotel Aliya — Restaurant in Kerala

We had a really bad experience. We asked if there was mandhi and they told no and we got in to eat something else and then they told manthi is available. We got the food and the manthi rice had chicken pieces and bones like it was kabsa. It had a bad smell and the rice was not hot but it was burned . We told the waiter about the issue and he ignored us there after . Never looked at us again and didnt give us a reply. The alfahm was sweet even though we ordered peri peri. It was just okay. After eating only alfahm we got the bill of 950 and after telling them the issue they made it 750. We asked them about the issue and they told no need to pay and was trying to solve it to not cause an issue infront of others.very bad food and experience. This is the rice we left...

To the people who wants to go there: please don't go there it'll be one of your worst experience, food tasted bad , and know that Aliya always comes under the list of hotel with those who store bad food. According to the report, it is near the bus stand and has a good exterior so that poor travellers get in , I'm one of them .. please remove the waiters.. the are so rude, arrogant and extremely irritating, they gave their worst attitude and food gave me diehria but the worst part is the food tasted bad.. biriyani was like plain rice and beef in it was raw!
