Spacious vehicle parking facilities provided infront of the restaurant. The ambience is excellent. Food taste is below average and the service is below standard. The hotel seems to be a bit new and nestled amidst residential apartments makes it a calm place to stay. ||1. The rooms are very spacious and clean with big tables and drawers making it ideal for both personal and business trips||2. All rooms are centrally air conditioned with good local control||3. The toilets are also clean but may stink a bit once in a while due to poor ventilation||4. The hotel has its own pure veg restaurant below which, I should say, feather on its cap. The food is exceptionally good and has both the conventional North Indian and Chinese menu and the best, the "Trissur full meals". ||5. At 140/-, the trissur meals is a hearty sumptuous meal introducing us to a vast array of Keralay dishes. People from outside Kerala should try this once to appreciate the good food of the state.The whole menu is reasonably priced and so is the AC room||6. The staff is extremely courteous and the good part is the 24 check-out policy.||7. We went there for a family dinner based on the reviews on this resturant. But the experience was quite terrible and spoiled our whole evening. They took the orders and even modified some of the order citing the reason that the alternatives they suggest will be quick. Finally after waiting for 1hr and 15mins and several follow ups, the first item from the order that is masala papad was served!! Then after another 10mins the main course was served. And after main course the much awaited starters were served and cold. Pathetic and we just wanted to get out of that place and just wind up the day. And atleast 50% of the tables were shouting at the waiters due to the waiting time. Many ppl left the place without eating.
