Worst place ever visited for food. Think about waiting 40+ mins for masala dosa, ghee roast and puri masala, that too with an empty stomach. We came here only because it was showing good ratings (our bad, that we failed to open it and read reviews), came as first result when searched for veg restaurants and it is near to Mammiyoor temple. Search engine optimization is all cool but no one should mislead and cheat people especially when it comes to food, which is a basic necessity. From everything we ordered, the only thing that felt okay to eat was Masala dosa. Puri was indeed like pappad. Chutney served without even a pinch of salt. Sambar wasn't at all good. Ordered strong coffee specifically and got something similar to milk and then we asked to bring it after adding more coffee power and they took it and came back with almost the same coffee. FYI, they don't use Bru/Nescafe Or anything of that sort, instead they use coffee powder that we use to make black coffee and charge ₹50, How on this earth?! When this was questioned to restaurant manager, she said that they buy Bru for milk coffee and she's not sure what chef used. Pathetic!!!!!. The table and utensils were not clean, I could see coffee stains on the cup in which they served me black tea. I would say this restaurant is perfect if you're looking for privacy, coz no one will be there. You won't be even disturbed with wind supposed to come out of A/C, coz they don't keep it ON. There was only one attender, who looked completely clueless. The restaurant manager came up with lame explanations/excuses when all these were addressed to her. See, if you can accept your mistakes, then there's no scope for improvement or growth. Not just the food, even bill to a good amount of time and because of all these we missed temple darshanam. And when the bill came, we were stunned to see the price and their biggest courtesy to discount the price of a coffee when 2/3 coffees were untouched. If you can't serve your customers well, then I would suggest, better not get into a position where YOU SHOULD! We'll choose to stay hungry than visiting this place ever!!!! Adding bill for reference

This restaurant in Kerala was quite disappointing compared to others I've visited. Typically, Kerala restaurants offer fantastic food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere, but this one fell short. We arrived around 3:30 pm, expecting prompt service since there was only one other occupied table. While we enjoyed the ambiance upon entering, we were surprised that the service wasn't quicker. We placed our order at 3:35 pm, opting for dishes like fried rice, tomato rice, curd rice, and a fresh lime juice. However, by 4:20 pm, our lime juice still hadn't arrived, and despite several requests, it took a while before it was served. Moreover, the cutlery on our table was dirty, with food remnants on two forks and one spoon, indicating they weren't cleaned properly. When the food finally arrived, the portions were disappointingly small. Despite wanting more, we decided against it due to the long preparation times. We also repeatedly asked for water, but unfortunately, we left without being served. It seems like there's either only one chef working or some management issues.

I recently visited Nivedya Pure Vegetarian Restaurant and overall had a decent experience. The ambience of the restaurant was great - it had a modern, chic decor and was very clean. I also appreciated that it was a pure vegetarian establishment. However, the food was a bit disappointing. We ordered the meals, curd rice, porota with kurma, and pulao rice and while everything tasted okay, it didn't quite live up to the high expectations I had based on the restaurant's reputation. The flavors were a bit underwhelming and the portions were on the small side. Additionally, the price was a bit steep in my opinion. While I understand that the restaurant is targeting a more upscale clientele, I feel like the prices could be more reasonable given the quality of the food. Overall, while I did enjoy my visit to Nivedya Pure Vegetarian Restaurant, I would give it 3 stars. The ambience and service were great, but the food was just average and the prices were a bit too high for my taste.

Oct 16- Dear Owner. I'm happy to know atleast you have acknowledged the issue faced, as unfortunately at your restaurant, no one has courtesy to acknowledge issues. Now let me elaborate on what happened -

First of all, I would appreciate if you could check internally if your restaurant managers are accessible in the restaurant and then post response. There was a person (should be manager) who was available only while taking the order and next one hour, he did not have the courtesy to visit the table and update status on the order. Everytime we had to go to kitchen and check status, for which we were told 5 minutes. Even after an hour, we were served only 60% of our order and we were told rest of items not available. Had it been the case, why to take order and make us wait for more than an hour? Even before taking the order we were told only 5 items are available and nothing from the menu was available. Hope you have CCTV at your place where you can cross verify all these happenings yesterday. This is where if you had put the CLOSED board yesterday as you had low rations, customers could've figured some other restaurant. Why to offer pathetic experience to customers saying you're functional?! The worst part was, even after an hour, after serving just part of order, that too with below par quality, NO ONE had the concern to even come to table and apologize for anything happened. It was just one server, who was sent from kitchen for all issues. As much as I know how difficult it is to OPEN a restaurant, hope you also know why people visit a restaurant and what's their utmost need. Especially being in a tourist place, do you know with what priorities customers visit? This is not to do with cost or amount you charge, but these are some basics of building a good customer experience. When customers trust you for the Google rating you have, but have extremely contrasting experience when they visit!

Oct 15-

If given an option of zero star, that is what it deserves. When you're not ready as a restaurant, better display the CLOSED board, rather than offering pathetic service. Order of 2 chapathis takes an hour!! Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit...
