Staff Attitude & Behaviour Needs Serious Improvement Here!!!
Being from North Kerala, and with Pazhayidam not having a presence there, this restaurant was my go-to spot for breakfast and dinner during my stay in Guruvayoor. While I have no complaints about the food served for dinner, I was seriously disappointed by the staff’s behaviour.
There was a clear lack of interest in attending to customers – not even a basic sense of courtesy or a welcoming attitude. I understand the staff may be exhausted after serving thousands of customers in a day, and its true that no one expects a constant smile from them. But what’s absolutely unacceptable is throwing the menu card on my table, and worse, speaking poorly about customers, behind their backs to other staff members.
All we did was ask to see the menu card and check the available options for dinner – the arrogance and rudeness shown in response were uncalled for. Interestingly, when I selected a few items from the menu, I was told they would take time to prepare and wouldn’t be ready anytime soon. Despite that, I still went ahead and placed the order. Strangely enough, the same dishes were served within just a few minutes, with no delay whatsoever. It was good also. So it left me wondering whether the staff was simply unwilling to serve those particular items—or worse, if there was a personal bias against me just because I requested something he didn’t want to serve! This strange behaviour from your staff made me skip the plans for breakfast at this restaurant next morning.

What happened was that the supplier came with a bad attitude which made my daughter feel sad.she felt insulted and dint have food.
After finishing food I went to talk with PRO but o could talk only to supervisor.but he was supporting the staff which made me really fed up.
I wonder whether it is really the branch of Pazhayidam because such bad customer service.I know many restaurants which provides food freely for beggers even.This sot of activities are really shameful for the famous taste.It will be appreciated if the management take into consideration of not happening this again there to anyone else.
