Ordered 2 meals, fish fry, fried rice and juices for kids. Food was Ok, above average.

The staff who took our order was not that attentive to us, we noticed customers who came after us got their food served and started eating in front of us.. when we were waiting & waiting. After we got the meals and fried rice served.. asked him to give an additional plate so that kids can share the fried rice, which he didn’t gave. We wanted one more fried rice, but since plate was not provided we didn’t ordered. We only order small portions initially, and after finishing it.. if needed we order more. So that food doesn’t get wasted.

After food had to ask the guy for bill and wait for it, and he did gave us a bill, which included an additional meals which we didn’t ordered.

Overall we had average dining experience.

Restaurants interior is done well and good, maintained clean. Please appoint staffs who can attend the customers...

The prices were very fair, and the quality of food was exceptional! I indulged in their seafood delights, and oh boy, their fish fries were TO DIE FOR! were all cooked to perfection, and the flavors were outstanding.

There is no comparison when it comes to dining and service in Pappadomz! The owner is the most hospitable, kind and caring person we have encountered in Kochi. He takes extra care of each guest to make sure their expectations are met and that they leave satisfied. We frequently visited them while we were in Kochi and it always a pleasant experience, their chicken 65 biryani, chicken fried rice and chicken 65 are absolutely delicious! During Onam while we were about to leave from Kochi they even went the extra mile just to make sure we have a memorable experience the food was absolutely delicious and soul warming.
