Pizza Hut | Stadium Road, Palakkad — Restaurant in Kerala

Visited today! Never expected such a disappointing atmosphere from a newly opened restaurant like pizza hut! Went with a lot of great expectations but the experience was not up to the mark! First impressions staff was less trained and service attitude was not that great n wasnt responsible. Even though we took dine in they gave evrythng as takeway packaging on the explanation of covid protocol.Even did not provide spoons(for choco lavas) or plates each time we have to ask the staffs for providing basic dine in equipment. And the sad part was Cleanliness, It seemed as if they dont have a proper cleaning staff, no proper wash area and the common toilet wasn't clean(It looked like someone took a bath in it, torn clinic plus shampoo packets were all around the wash basin)and the dine in area was full of dust even the tables and chairs were not clean when we entered. Was really upset seeing this on a reputed brand like pizza hut, will real affect the credibility of pizza hut if continued like this! Now coming to food, can't compare with the original taste of pizza hut products we get abroad, garlic bread was hard, stixs were over cheeesed which resulted in a bitter taste and pizza was okay but veggies was over cooked(burned!) the only good part was the. Choco lavas! It was yummy As a person experienced real taste of pizza hut products and service i would Overall give a rating of 3 out of 10 for the newly opened...

0 stars if I could’ve. Pizza Huts elsewhere is known for really good pizza, but not this one. I’ve ordered from here before, and threw it away, but I thought it might’ve been coz of the type I chose(veg kebab filled), so I ordered another pizza, again, after one bite had to throw it away. Please improve your standards, reducing quality should not be an answer to anything. I think it’s safe to say people would be better off ordering from pretty much anywhere else in the town.

Edit to response from PizzaHut: I’d rather not share my details, but here’s a simple suggestion that you may take or leave. Why focus on making everything taste Indian with tandoori sauce, and Indian masalas. An option to make it with a different sauce(the regular pizza) and/or have more pizzas with the regular sauce in the menu, would be nice. P.S. I’m suggesting this because I ordered a cheese maxx pizza with paneer and regular sauce, a) the cheese maxx cheese tasted soapy, b) the paneer had Indian spices on and tasted like very odd with the regular sauce, c) there was hardly any sauce in the pizza. My first pizza ever in India was from a PizzaHut in Delhi, and it’s honestly still one of the best to day. I just wish the standard didn’t vary this much...

Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Pizza Hut located Palakkad stadium bypass. I ordered the Triple Chicken Feast, but unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar. It was evident that the cleaning had not been done properly, which left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning the overall hygiene standards of the establishment.

Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the dining experience uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather. It was disappointing to see such a basic amenity not being properly maintained.

Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my visit to Pizza Hut. The quality of the food and the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, along with the malfunctioning AC, greatly impacted my experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving the overall customer experience.
