'Unprofessional' would be an understatement for the Magikoven staff. I went to Magikoven today with my 4 year old and had to leave after exactly 7 minutes due to the poor service from the guy at the billing counter. We ordered two snacks from the snack bar and asked if they could take the rest of our orders at the table, but the guy at the billing counter said no, they don't. I then asked for the menu card, intending to order the remainder (some desserts), and as I began to flip through it, I noticed another person coming in and placing an order, and he, too, was looking for the menu card. Surprisingly, the counter had only one menu card, and the guy at the billing counter seemed impatient, and when I asked if they didn't have a spare menu, he told me to hurry because the rest of the cards were on the tables. That was a 'raising an eyebrow' moment because it contradicted his earlier response to 'ordering at table.' I then looked around and noticed that a few of the cards were lying on the tables with no one using them, and as I was about to ask, he figured out my question and conveniently ignored me and my orders, acting too BUSY attending the guy who came after me. We really felt ignored and unattended, and it was very offensive, so I quietly closed the card at the counter, walked out of the store. I understand that a few days can be stressful, but when you are in a customer-facing role (of any kind), the basic quality of the staff is to treat all of their customers equally.
This could tarnish the outlet’s reputation—at the very least, I won't visit it again and will not recommend it to my folks. I have been a customer of the Magik oven from 15+ years & experienced the worst customer service I have ever witnessed from stadium Magik Oven today. Initially I had tried to order hot chocolate fudge & staff said me it was sold out & unavailable. So I placed my order (2 sundaes) & waited for more than half an hour.
During this period I saw atleast 3 (or even more) hot chocolate fudge served to customers who came after me. There was no sign of my order delivered after a long wait. I noticed even the customers who came after me were served. I walked to the cashier & said I am cancelling my order as its to late. The negligent attitude of the staff surprised me. With a lot of ease he said it is fine & canceled it. That was the moment when I realized my order preparation had not even started.
This one incident was more than enough to break the trust that I had imposed on this shop for 15+ years & now I'll many times before returning to this outlet with staffs with such negligent as well as careless attitude & gives no value to...
   Read moreI was a regular customer of this specific outlet since it was newly opened. Recently I noticed this outlet is invaded with German Cockroaches everywhere. I can see cockroaches are freely crawling inside food display cabinets and dining area. Sometimes you will find cockroaches will crawl on you. I showed it to the staff and they simply said we are doing our best to control them but still no solution. I stop going there as it will be dangerous to consume such low quality food. There is a newly appointed staff namely Harry seems doing some malpractice with the loyalty points of customers. He will never enter customer's mobile number even you remind him and may be later on he will add those points to his near and dears loyalty accounts. I have reported this to the outlet Manager Mr George and to my surprise he seems to be another member of Harry's team as no actions was taken.
