Arabian Delight Stadium Palakkad — Restaurant in Kerala

Usually I dont make much reviews.. 😶😶

But this i really felt anguished, disappointed and balked towards a restaurant, it's service , it's food quality and even the owners and management of the restaurant chain.😬😬

This writing is not due to any personal vengeance or showing any atrocity towards anyone.. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️just being myself and doing a favour openly to the society to be aware of the things which are being happening around this city or place.🙂

Being specifically mentioning It's about the Restaurant - Arabian Grill and Fry. Palakkad These restaurant chain is also coventures of American Fried Chicken in palakkad division..

The seating and inside ambience in the night with lighting n interior setup was very aswome and attractive. It gives people an approach and a premindset that they would be providing high quality dishes... 20/09/2022 Me and my friends with the same premindset approached the restaurant and enquired about the dishes. They provided the menu card and as we were interested in mandhi. We enquired how much mandhi should be taken for 8 personals .. it was replied 2 full mandhi would be enough.. As me n my friends were hungry and every personals are foodie guys.. 😋i assured thrice that the mandhi rice are unlimited before we order the dish.. the bearer , the supervisor and the cashier assured me n my 3 other friends that if we are being bought 2 full mandhi, They would be proving us unlimited rice.. (Specifically please note that we assured orally thrice as they haven't given any publicity about these anywhere around the town ).

So being the confirmation we were happy and ordered 2 full alfahm mandhi.

Which showed 8 pieces and Rice..

The rice wasn't given a mandhi feel.. it was very yellowish and salty.. the rice was very oily and felt like basic boiled rice... 🥵🥵

The alfahm chicken was not properly cooked as it felt very hard and grilling was not at all proper or upto the mark. The mix of spices was very normal to be like normal chicken dry fry.. 🥶🥶

The cost of full alfahm mandhi was 680.. which was overrated compared to the market and food quality was not even worth 300. The issue happened started while we asked for the mandhi rice scnd time.. they reverted us that the rice has been finished.. sorry we couldn't provide more.. so usually like everyone else we started enquiring about their assurance.. so they provided us with an alternative ammour rice.. which was disastrous.😬😬

Due to my and my friends questioning about the assurance.. the attitude and greeting towards us from the restaurant person's were very appealing & pathetic.🤢🤢

The owner was informed about the situation by us, but unfortunately even the owner stood by the restaurant employees and provoking us to do whatever we can ... So such a unhealthy treating of customers in the restaurant industry was my and my friends first time...

The worst customer service. We went to have shawai. And made sure it was available even before taking our seats. Then while ordering they told us it will take half hour for that. Then after 15 mins they came and told it was unavailable and we had to change our order. Otherwise it will take longer. Then we changed so that we will get it earlier. Still it took almost 1 hr to get the food. AND WHAT WE GOT WAS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. When we enquired they told they just changed coz the other item was not available. Without even checking with us. (They expect us to eat what they provide and not what we order) Since we lost a lot of time there we were forced to have from there. And the food also was not up to the level. We asked for extra gravy which was NOT provided even after finishing our food. We also took a chicken biryani for parcel for which they just kept biriyani rice. We also had to wait almost 10mins for getting the bill. The restaurant was not even crowded then I don't know what is the problem with them !? They were not even sorry for providing us with the wrong orders. I would never recommend anyone...

One of the worst hotel I have ever had ...we were in a family vacation to Kerala.we stayed at the river retreat resort in tirsshur.The Arabian grill & fry was near by the resort.when we entered we expected a good food and service but it became a nightmare to our family..After having dinner at that restaurant 7 of my family member fall sick very badly with food poisoning.Please who ever is reading this review Do not visit this place in trisshur.When we visited the near by hospital for treatment we could find few ppl with same problem of food poisoning.I felt like throwing stones on the hotel but my brought is not that way .If people don't no the hygiene of a hotelier they are not fit to run a restaurant.This review is very genuine.
