My recent visit to GRID Furniture shop left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Mr. Arun. The ordeal began a month ago when we were initially attracted by an offer on a 4-seater dining table with an assured EMI option, only to find out later that the promised financial arrangement was reneged upon.

Despite this setback, we decided to give GRID Furniture another chance as our previous interactions with the staff had seemed promising. Unfortunately, this time around, our experience took a turn for the worse.

Upon arriving and expressing our interest in purchasing the dining set with ready cash, we were met by Mr. Arun, whose demeanor from the onset was remarkably rude. It felt as though he had no interest in facilitating a sale, leaving us baffled by his lack of customer-centric approach.

To add to the frustration, GRID Furniture failed to have an extra set available for the exact piece we desired. Furthermore, when we inquired about the possibility of obtaining the dining set in a different color shade, the response was a resounding "no." It became increasingly evident that the shop was unwilling or unable to accommodate even the most basic customer requests.

The pinnacle of our unpleasant encounter was Mr. Arun's dismissive remark suggesting that we should have called ahead before visiting the shop. Such a response is not only unprofessional but also exemplifies a complete lack of understanding of customer service.

In conclusion, our experience at GRID Furniture shop was marred by poor service, unmet promises, and a manager who displayed a shocking level of rudeness. It is with great disappointment that I must advise against patronizing this establishment. I will certainly not be recommending GRID Furniture to anyone based on this...

1- I purchased a bedroom set from here and in that the almara's finish quality was really bad and when I pointed out this they said that they will come next week and apply a black coating so that the moisture doesn't get in. 2- Soon after a week the dressing table mirror broke and when I reported this issue to them they said that they won't replace it, I pointed out saying that it is because of pressure in one single insertion point that is the reason why it broke but they didn't even come check the issue. I was only able to connect with them after multiple attempts of contact.

3- even if they say it will take 10 days to deliver except around 20 days of total delay, they don't even have the minimum courtesy to let you know why the delays we should follow up between every 5 days.

If someone is planning to purchase any furniture from here please...

Grid Furniture is people's choice when it comes to furnitures, the staffs and manager Mr Arun are such a lovely people and they do an fantastic job for customer satisfaction, especially the BAJAJ finance staff he was so friendly and let us know all the doubts and was so transparent.

All staffs were down to earth, very well behaved and well mannered. The Discount also is most than any other furniture shops
