Pizza Hut | Pallarivattom, Kochi — Restaurant in Kerala

Went in seeing so many good reviews.. Dissatisfied and dissapointed is the least I could say.. 1.Poor service.. so many times we had to raise our hands or stand up for the attention of staff while having food. They disappear and are in there on world most of the time.. finally we had to call a cleaning boy to fetch us some tissues..

2.Poor Cleanliness.. tables and plates were not clean upto the mark.

3.Flimsy furnitures.. the table and chairs are so light and flimsy that when my kid leaned on to it , it wobbled. Not to mention the micro mini tables without enough space for putting things to eat on it.. when two tables are put together, they are not in the same level as well.

Ordinary pizza .. Too much dough.. sticky cheese . Quality of food components used is spurious..

5.Terrible hygiene.. There was insect in our packing box which were roaming all on it..

Go in at your own risk.. This is just a franchise made up to make money with no gastronomic and health ethics at all.. Most of the good reviews must be paid for or made up by...

First time trying a Pizza Hut and I was a little disappointed. The restaurant is nicely decorated but with harsh furniture and the floor was fairly messy. We made inquiries about the unlimited Friday offer but only when we were ready to order we were told you can only have two types of pizza only. The cheesy garlic bread was quite nice but the chips tasted odd due to the soya oil and very sweet seasoning that’s added and also the portion is absolutely measly - child size! We had three vegetarian pizzas which were pleasant enough but the base sauce was a little sweet. Service was incredibly slow due to only one waiter serving the whole restaurant and also servicing delivery drivers. He also never cleared the table even though we had no space for any more food which was still coming. Overall I don’t think I would...

Worst experience from this outlet. Cleanliness is not anywhere. The plates provided on the table are sticky and oily; felt like it never washed properly.

The order placing method is difficult, if time is not enough. Staff are not cooperating with the needs of the customers. Found many customers left this Pizza Hut outlet due to the inconvenience by web based ordering system, since it takes time to order. Choosing from the menu is difficult, it needs to be redesigned (web designer please step in)

We have ordered Lime Juice from the web and served a Pepsi instead. They conveyed Lime Juice is not available at this store, after payment is done. The Mojito served is filled with dead ants. I couldn't take photos, - I should have. The bad experience from Pizza Hut makes me not...
