Owners evicted me and my partner during covid19 for writing honest review. They lied about our conduct in Airbnb review. Owner expect you to find all issues and fix their apartment for them. How a person can enjoy if they are consistently tending to issues in their apartment. BUGS Infestation. Broken AC. Apartment Door hinges makes noise.

Water filtertration doesnt work, water quality is very bad, 250 ppm for comparison: Aquafina is 10 ppm. Normal temparture Water flow is inapt in the 2nd floor. 2. Bad smell in Washing Machine. Their is laundry sevice down the road though. 3. Pests. specifically whole apartment is infested with ants. On beds, dining table, kitchena and hall. Occasional show of flying cockroaches. Couple of lizards. 4. Not enough amenities in the kitchen for cooking. 5. Internet speed is suboptimal. Can only stream on one device at a time. Only 2Ghz internet so no gaming at 5ghz. 6. AC gave up cooling in the master bedroom in 2 two weeks. And other two rooms are not good either. Doors are so tight that the hinges make loud screeching noise whenever you enter or leave room. That woke up me and partner all tbe time. 7. Their ia gunk on ever tap and shower in the house. Plumbing maintenance is very bad. Even water tanks are very dirty from inside. Conclusion: If you are coming with very basic expectations of living than this place is fine but mind that the cahrges are very high for just basic living. Rude behavior by the owners. We could not work from home because owner expects my husband to find all issues with apartment and get them fixed. We had to stay here for 35 days because of strict lockdown. We asked for extension initially but they were charging Rs. 50000 per month while on Airbnb it was Rs 47000. Their apartment is not even worth Rs 5000 per month. Water is hazardous, DO NOT BRING CHILDREN, they will surely get sick. I started having hair fall. My husband got face infection in second week because so much bacteria in the water. Washing machine smells a lot and will leave smell in the cloths. Ants: million of them everywhere: on beds, kitchen, washroom, hall. Cushions of dining table chair has nails in them. Owners will lie about the apartment condition and then lie about guests to malign their image on Airbnb if they write honest reviews. They also evicted us during COVID19 strict lockdown and did not refund money for rest of our stay. Place was good for a short stay of one week. Kept clean regularly and everything is pretty functional. The owner Manoj fixed issues with the place relatively promptly. The building is pretty secure as well. AC works pretty well. There are some ants in the dining area but since we packed up and cleaned after every meal, there weren't a lot attracted.
