Koffee Junction by RENAI.. spoils the good name earned by Renai. I Seriously dont know how come many gave a five star review. Food was terribly bad. Service was a mess. Delivering the food in the wrong order. None even cared to ask how the food was. Everyone who gave negative review, had spoken the truth. We never had such tasteless, flavourless, food in our life. That bad it was.

We had ordered two sandwichs. Korean steak and bahn mi chicken sandwich. Sandwiches are one thing that has minimum guarantee.. but these people messed that too up.. it was the worst sandwich we had in our life. It was BLAND and Bread was SOGGY. the entire thing had no feeling nor any taste.

Bill came to Rs 1250 for two which was an utter waste spoiling our tastebuds and stomach.

We ordered Japanese fries and Adobo chicken. The Adobo chicken had absolutely no salt, making it extremely hard to eat. When we raised this with the staff, the waiter informed us that the chicken was frozen, and they couldn’t add more seasoning — the only fix offered was dipping it in more sauce. This explanation was concerning, as it implied that this is how the dish is served to all customers.

Despite trying to eat a few pieces, the taste and quality didn’t feel right, and I had to stop eating midway. Unfortunately, the next morning I suffered from food poisoning. This has raised serious concerns about the hygiene and handling of ingredients, especially...

I also sampled a churro french toast & fussili in roasted red pepper and tomato sauce, and they were fresh, well-prepared, and packed with great flavors. The pricing is moderate, making it a great spot for a quality experience without being too heavy on the wallet.

What stood out the most was the staff behavior—they were extremely polite, attentive, and made sure I had a comfortable experience. Another big plus is the ample parking space, which makes visiting hassle-free, especially in a busy area like Palarivattom.
