Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Sri Aiswariya Hotel ( veg ), Vazhuthacaud Branch

Dear Owner,

I recently visited Aiswarya Hotel at the Vazhuthacaud branch on 01/04/2025 at around 9:30 PM with my family. We enjoyed the delicious and mouthwatering food, including poori bhaji, gobi dosa, plain dosa, orange juice (without ice), and coffee. However, our experience was marred by the extremely rude behavior of the server.

I had specifically requested orange juice without ice for my child, but it was served with ice. When I pointed this out, the server insisted that I had asked for it with ice, which was untrue. This led to an argument where the server rudely mentioned that I should throw the juice in the dustbin if I didn’t want it. This was not only disrespectful but completely unacceptable, especially since I was with family.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the cashier, he showed indifference and refused to take any action. He didn’t even bother to call the server to verify the situation.

I believe that such behavior does not reflect the standards of hospitality that Aiswarya Hotel is known for. I hope you will address this issue seriously and take appropriate action against the staff involved.

Originally one of my favourite restaurants in Trivandrum, would've easily rated 5 star here untill two repeated issues. First one was a while back while dine-in for dinner. We had ordered lime juice and halfway through only we noticed that the glass had dirt at the bottom, it was never cleaned properly!
