Horrible experience.

Hygiene - None of the tables looked clean and I understood why when I watched them clean a table. They simply brush things off the tablecloth. So if anybody spills gravy or water or oil, it stays on the table. Mine had dried gravy and food particles on it. Even the utensils are old and not maintained properly.

Service - While the service itself was alright (barely), the staff definitely needs to look more presentable. They look unkempt and shoddy. Upon telling the guy that the food is bad, there was no apology or explanation, the guy came n said he'll cancel the order. But since my friend had eaten a small portion, we paid 100/- and left.

Food - Saved the worst for the last. I went coz nostalgia beckoned but man was I wrong to heed that call! Ordered Veg fried rice and garlic chicken and the food was so pathetic I couldn't eat more than 2 mouthfuls. I'm not even exaggerating. The garlic chicken was bland, chewy, and tasted old. There was this weird smell which I think was vinegar or soy sauce. The fried rice tasted like rust. I have not had this bad food in years.

It is really sad that an eatery that used to serve really good food before has turned into such a terrible restaurant. I sincerely hope that the management does something to fix things. The place definitely needs a...

Suburban (veg) was the one I used to go frequently, but today I had a bitter experience, which made me decide not to go further.

I had ordered for chapathi and Chilli Gobi.. Just before I was about to finish, I asked for a lime,asked to parcel the half Gobi.Then,in two min I left for washing my hands and the guy went for taking lime.When I came back, I saw the left over was taken by the cleaning guy... Just to check, I asked the guy(waiter) for the Gobi..he suddenly he realized it was not there.. He told he will bring in two min. I was surprised to hear this.. He got it packed and gave it to me and told," Here is your parcel". I left the parcel behind and informed the person sitting in the counter that it was from the place where the all the used plates were kept.

My simple question is : I have seen the food being taken with the left overs during the cleaning, how we trust you guys, if you could just like that bring the food from...

We recently conducted our daughter's first birthday party at this place and it was fantastic experience for all of us including the guests. The food was superb. There were many varieties in a feasible cost. We had booked this hall for around 90 people. Sanoj (manager) was very friendly and cooperative with what we needed for our function. We would highly recommend this place for parents who want to host birthday parties. We would like to thank all the staffs there.

*If you are looking for small function in Ernakulam city for veg & non veg food ,then this place is best place.

Con : Their lights are little dull, so we need to arrange more lights for photo purpose. Otherwise that will give a cool...
