Right now through Swiggy I had ordered a Non-veg Meal from your Restaurant. When I received the order, I was totally disappointed and frustrated by the parcel I received. Both the packaging and the contents were of the POOREST QUALITY IMAGINABLE here in Ernakulam. The parcel was wrapped in a dirty old newspaper sheet, with the rice and dishes (?) were wrapped in thin poor quality shreds of plastic. The veg dishes (1 or 2) were found to mixed with each other and with rice since the plastic pieces were mostly torn and all. The non-veg in the pack - two small sardines were cooked in water mixed with red chilly powder. Rice was also contained in a very thin plastic sheet bit. I had a very bad experience from this hotel. I ordered an egg biryani when I was having it i got chicken parts from my mouth ( bits of meat and small pieces of bones). I feel so wired that I don't eat meat.

Suspect the egg biryani I ordered was the hotel's chicken biryani's waste and they parceled it to me as egg biryani, except I got chicken pieces and bones the rice and mixed gray was also not fresh. It looks like a waste of food. I wasn't able to have it. I had very very bad experience with hoteliers. Even when I called to talk about this, there was no good behavior from their side They say that the chicken gravy must have changed, but they have no answer that there is no chance of getting chicken bones and pieces from the gravy. I wish there was a zero star rating. I ordered 3 chicken biryanis from here through Swiggy. It was a memorable experience. Me and my parents went to the toilet around 10 times in total. Such was the effect of the rotten chicken. If anyone is suffering from constipation, their chicken biryani will clear it. Don't waste your money on medicines. Food safety is still a joke here. I'm unable to complete this review, because I have to go to the toilet. I hope it's not occupied. If anyone thinks that this review is fake, I'm inviting you to this memorable experience. But I suggest you to leave out your elderly parents. Also make sure that you have atleast 2 toilets before you begin your memorable...
