We recently visited with the intention of buying their popular cream bun, but unfortunately, it was sold out by the time we arrived. While that was a bit disappointing, we decided to try the chocolate roll instead, and it turned out to be a great choice! The roll was fresh, soft, and had the perfect balance of chocolate flavor—rich but not overwhelming. It was a delightful treat and definitely made up for the unavailability of the cream bun.

Many bakeries struggle with limited or no parking, but here, we found it convenient to stop by without worrying about finding a spot. The location is also easy to access, making it a good choice for quick bakery visits.

The bakery itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant ambiance. The display counters were neatly arranged, showcasing a tempting variety of pastries, snacks, and traditional baked goods. It’s clear that they prioritize quality and freshness in their products.

While our experience was great, we hope they improve stock management so popular items like cream buns don’t sell out too quickly. Perhaps adding more batches or a pre-order option could help customers get what they’re looking for.

My wife and I have been loyal customers at Supreme Bakers' Vyttila outlet, visiting regularly two to three times a week for snacks. However, our recent experience has left us reconsidering future visits.

On this particular occasion, I was patiently waiting for a parking spot as a car was slowly exiting. While I waited, a Mercedes S-Class approached, and the security guard immediately gave them priority, allowing them to park in the spot I had been waiting for. Although I remained calm and hoped to be directed to another space, the security guard came over and rudely asked if we were leaving or simply waiting to park. When I explained that we were waiting to park and would like to take a takeaway, he dismissively told us to move and park elsewhere, ignoring the fact that we had been waiting longer. When I expressed my frustration, he responded in a condescending manner.

It was clear that the decision was influenced by the luxury of the car the other customer was driving, and the lack of respect shown to us—despite being regular patrons—was both shocking and disappointing.

Given this experience, it’s evident that Supreme Bakers could improve how they train their staff in customer service and respect for all customers, regardless of the car they drive. As a result, this will be the last time we visit...
