Customer service is worst. Their behavior is unprofessional, and it appears that they are venting their personal frustrations to me. When I go there on a regular basis, their attitude shifts, and they treat me like a begger. They are playing tricks to make me feel unwelcome and beg me for food. I've put up with their humiliating attitude before, but they completely ruined my mood the last time. Even after complaining many times, no action was taken. That made me realize that I had had enough.
I'm not requesting free food; I'm paying for the food I order. They're acting as if I'm free, and they're hard at work. This is unprofessional, even unethical, given that they are serving 'FOOD'. I wish they would learn to respect others, their work, and the food they serve us. It's pitiful and humiliating.

Read moreSaw that this place was rated relatively well on google, and decided to have lunch there today. Went a bit early, by 12.30 pm, so as to avoid any crowd. The food court is on the second floor of the building. They have two spacious halls, with a lot of tables, all neat and well maintained. Food ticket needs to be purchased in advance at the front counter. I asked for Kerala meals and a fish fry (Ayala). That came to Rs. 70/- +70/- and three rupees extra, that I had no idea of. (Total 143/-). The meals are served on banana leaf. An achar and three curries, with pappadam and sambar. Small portions of curries were served. But the fish was a big one, at least. Curries are alright, and the fish was fresh. But even though the place was almost deserted, and I was almost the only person dining at the time, they never came to me or asked if I needed any curries, which, being small portions, were finished in no time. This, I think is very bad service, which was quite unexpected of this women only employed place. And, for the price, I think I could have a better...
