Rude Staff – Worst Customer Service Ever

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Akshaya. We just asked for a lime juice, and the customer service employee who serves food – an aged, tall man – behaved very rudely. His arrogant tone and disrespectful attitude ruined the entire visit. We were shocked by how badly we were treated for such a simple request. the lime juice we were served was just as bad – watery, tasteless. Terrible service, terrible food. The beef is just amazing,went there with my cousin's to have lunch the place is really one off, it's different from all the other restaurants which I have seen in that area, and I really don't think that there is any other place which offers such tasty beef, it was really good. Ordered a paneer butter masala from here via swiggy. What I received was a container with one fourth of it filled with the curry. Called them to complain and what they said was that it's because of the rush. When I wasn't convinced, they said they will replace it if I come after 45 mts. Seriously?? I have to go there and also stay hungry for 45 mts? Extremely disappointed with the service. Whatever I recieved was tasty though. Please look into all this even if there's rush.
