Topnotch Bakers, Court Road, Palakkad — Restaurant in Kerala

Very poor customer service. They treat the costumers like beggers. The are not at all costumer friendly. The products they sell are actually top notch as the name says, but their attitude especially that one old guy in the cash counter . He is horrible. I bought 3 bottles of mineral water which cost about Rs.60. But they dont give me carry bag . How can I hold 3 bottles.If it is two, then its ok. Then I asked him how will I carry this, give me one cover and he said we dont give cover for this and then he said if you want take it or else put it there and leave.That was actually a schoking statement for me it took few seconds for me to get relieved from that. Brought their prepackaged cream buns , it was expensive for just 2 of them, so thought it might be off the charts when I eat it but it was just bit better comparing to cheap one's. Was very disappointed in cream they used. If you Charging so much for just 2 cream buns you need to do much better work rather than relying on the brand reputation you have. Authentic and fresh cream buns from some bakery are much better and cheap to comparing to their prepackaged one's
