Crystalline — Restaurant in Kolkata

We went to this place on Saraswati Puja afternoon as everywhere else was packed. Yes, we knew there would be delay in service but my goodness they tested our patience. To offer some context, we were 7 people, and we ordered our food at 3:15. The orders were following:

Red Spicy Spring Chicken (Rs. 280) Chilli Garlic Pepper Chicken (Rs. 330) Drums of Heaven my personal favorite item Thai Mixed Noodles (Rs. 270x3) Thai Mixed Rice (Rs. 280)

The food came at 4:45. We were famished by then and one of us even went to the kitchen and argued with the chefs. We saw people leaving because of delay in food. And even cancelling orders. The service was a huge letdown even after food came as we had to wait another 20 minutes to get the plates. We were not given any glasses to drink water and was asked to drink from the bottle as they have shortage of glasses. Are you kidding me?

Coming to the food, it was pretty ordinary. Given the state of the restaurant, we weren’t expecting high quality food, but what we got was high priced street side food. Chilli Garlic Pepper Chicken was bland with no chillies at all, mixed noodles and rice barely having any meat, I could go on.

I had better experiences in smaller places. I wish we didn’t vist this place, and sure as hell would not recommend or go back here ever again.

I wish I could give a...

This is a very bad restaurant.we visited this restaurant today in afternoon....as we are very hungry so we ordered one plate of steam momo, one plate of hot and sour chicken soup, and a bowl of red crispy chili baby corn. But we found a dead fly in the stuffing of momo.. so we discard the momo and request them to reduce the price of momo from our total bill. But they refused us to do that.. after that we try to explane them that why we don't want to pay the price of momo..but they were still argueing with us, after some time they concider me for payment 50% price of momo...so we pay 60 rupee for one plate of momo....they repeatedly asked us that the fly found in the stuffing of momo or not..we are very disappointed by their...

Not at all happy with what they do and serve!

This Pujas, they decided to serve rotten chilli chicken which came with a complimentary rude behavior when complained. It was switched with rotten chilli chicken again! For pujas, lower quality of food and service is acceptable but not rotten foods and a waste of money!

4 years back in the pujas when I came here, we were 2, didn't get a table for 2 even though it was empty. There was another person sitting opposite to us! It was uncomfortable and we walked out immediately!
