Mizuki — Restaurant in Kolkata

Ordered the following items:

1 Corn, Pumpkin, Roast Bell paper Dumpling: This is similar to steam momos but the shape is little different. The inside stuffings contained cuts pieces of corn, pumpkin and bell paper. In a single plate there are 5 piecesof dumpling and is served along with a sweet and spicy sauce. Taste of the dumplings are very nice and would go best with the sauces. These sauces are made by restaurant only and is really nice. These are packed in a square paper box and with sauces kit,

2 Spicy Lemon basil Noodle with carrot and baby corn: (highly recommended) This is hakka noodles with slightly difference is preparation. The noodles are deep fried and marinated with special Mizuki spices and with lots of small baby corn and and carrot pieces. I really fell in love with the taste and unique noodle preparation. Quantity is very much sufficient for 2 people. Served in a paper tub.

3 Pineapple fried Rice- (must try) The color of the rice is yellow and would look similar to basanti polao which we are familiar with. But this is a preparation where the color has been due to the spices and ingredients i.e. pineapple. An excellent preparation very good in taste and would really suit the taste buds especially for pineapple lovers. Quantity is quite good and is served in a very cute paper tub.

Vegan food was never something that I was too eager to try but when I saw that Mizuki is serving VEGAN ASIAN FOOD, I had to give it a try as Asian cuisine is my favorite! . To begin with, the delivery was absolutely hassle free and reached me on time. First thing that impressed me was truly their packaging! They use disposable, eco friendly packaging for all items. The containers came neatly in a paper bag with disposable cutlery and napkins. Had got the following items from their menu:

✅ WATERCHESTNUT, TOFU DUMPLINGS: TBH I don't like Waterchestnuts but trust me, I couldn't even stop having those dumplings. The creaminess of the tofu complimented the slightly sweet Waterchestnut. And to seal it all, was that amazing sauce that came along! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

✅ SPICY LEMON BASIL NOODLES : The noodle were of great quantity. It had babycorns and carrots and was seasoned generously with basil and lemon oil. Loved it! RECOMMENDED

✅ TRIPLE VEG HOT AND NUMBLING- Now, by the name I had expected a fiery red gravy dish but to my surprise it was a white gravy. The 3 veggies in it were babycorn, Waterchestnut and brocolli! The flavours of the dish were perfectly balanced and the heat was just enough to 'numb' your taste buds! I would prefer it a bit more spicy though!

✅ MACHA COCONUT TART: Was very keen on trying the Macha flavour in the tart and it didnot disappoint me. The macha in it was just perfect in amount. A little more of the coconut flavour and a few more hours to set it could make it perfect!

am a hardcore non vegetarian. But believe me this place is just change my mind. Yes mizuki is the one & only vegan restaurant in our City of Joy. This is a newly opened takeaway joint serve unique Asian dishes. The packaging is also eco friendly. They use paper bag, paper container.

Now coming to the food I take 👇

Carrot, waterchestnut, mushrooms, peanut bun - The bun looks beautiful. Just soft white pillow. It taste even better. Carrot, peanut , mushrooms soft bun and crunchy filling was amazing. It was great with the chilli oil.

Flattened rice corn and broccoli patty with charcoal bun, siracha mayo, green apple, caramelized onions - black bun looks so cool. Topped with white sesame. It's a bit sweet slider. But it was good also serve with fries.

Pumpkin noodle with fried tofu and waterchestnut - firstly the quantity is huge. The noodles looks very colorful. It was very delicious. The pumpkin noodles, with yellow, green, red bell pepper and the tofu all were perfect together.

Matcha coconut tart - The matcha coconut tart was truly awesome. The tart shell is perfect. The coconut and matcha flavour was perfect. When you bite you will feel the Hart tart shell then the sweet creamy matcha and coconut flavour. Umm just lovely.

All were just healthy and yummy. The quality and quantity was top notch. Price was also affordable. If you are a vegan and also a true foodie then mizuki is perfect match for you. Just order their unique...
