So here's my review for this cafe called MUD - The Retro Cafe
The very first impression of this cafe was it is very small , divided within three - four rooms and side verandah was for cooking department.
The cafe is simple and nice, nothing so special about the cafe in terms of look and ambience .
Now about the food I tried : Korean chicken Quality 4/5 Taste 3.8/5 Presentation 4/5 It was nicely fried and then saute Ed with bell peppers, onion , garlic and Korean sauces.
Chicken lasagne Quality 4.5/5 Taste 4/5 Presentation 3.5/5 So it was a well made chicken lasagne with cheese in each layer, pasta sheets was well boiled, nicely assortment of all spices between the layers of lasagne.
Bacon wrapped prawn with mashed potatoes Quality 4/5 Taste 4/5 Presentation 5/5 Highly recommended for bacon and prawn lovers , nice presented The prawn was not chewy, well coated with sauce
BBQ pork ribs with Rice & saute Ed veggies Quality 3/5 Taste 3/5 Presentation 4/5 It was nicely presented but the after taste was not good. Rice could have been more boiled, the saute Ed veggies was tasteless. The pork ribs size was nice , but taste was missing , the sauce in which it was made was not good. After taking bite it didn't left my taste bud with good taste .
