Now a days Sharma Tea is running a joint scam with their delivery partners Swiggy. Every time this restaurant deliver incomplete or stale food, and after complaining to Swiggy they just say "share your feedback with restaurant, we can't do anything". On 27.08.2023 I ordered 4 Onion Kachori and 4 Samosa from Sharma Tea, and as i am well aware of there scam, i have opened order in front of delivery executive, the order was incomplete, they have delivered only 2 kachori and 2 samosa, even after seeing incomplete order, delivery person says.. "hum kya karega sir, restaurant wala ka galti hai". I had not taken delivery of foods and returned to their delivery person, even after complaining with all the pictures alongwith delivery person photo, they just did nothing.
