Belpatra - Hotel and Restaurant (Pure Veg) — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

The food was okay overall - less spicy as requested, and freshly made. We liked the taste of lassi, though unfortunately the glass or spoon didn’t seem properly cleaned, as there was a faint smell of masala and oil. The prices are on the higher side considering the local price range, but considering the air-conditioning and the spacious seating, it feels acceptable. The restroom was clean, which was a plus. On the other hand, I did notice an unpleasant smell inside the restaurant, which was a bit distracting. The staff who attended to us was polite, and the food was served without much delay. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant if you prefer an air-conditioned restaurant, and don't mind paying slightly...

Ordered 180₹ thali in which they served 2 roti and sabji and the quantity is too less that u will have to eat other roti with dal. we ordered 2 thali and they served a single papad and asked us to split it into half as there is only half papad is to be served with one thali. They should mention that in the menu as well right? Like seriously? what a joke, A restaurant can't even afford a whole single roasted papad cost from the 180bucks. It's just not about the papad. But it should be value for money. No taste, no quantity not even the ambiance. For a hall they have one single table fan.. there A/c was not working as well. Utterly...

I visit in their rooms The service is not good They even serve the drinking water to the guest. They will take the full payment on offline booking and they said the checkout time is 11:00Am but at sharp 9: 00 Am in morning they send the person and ask when will u checkout. We check in at night time around 10:00 pm ,someone who travel long way and stay into ur hotel and u disturb that person before the checkout time. We complaint the owner he said the staff is just doing is duty. If they are doing their duty why they are not serving water to guest... Bad experience. I pay Rs1800/room. No...
