Cafe Nomads is a haven for those who are seeking refuge from the conventional meal. My partner and I had falafal roll, humus and pita bread, they were inconceivably delectable. The ambience of the place would have that calming effect on your restless mind. You can also do planet gazing and sighting from this magnificent place, at night my partner and I while eating falafal roll at Cafe Nomads were awestruck with sightings of venus, mars and Jupiter as we drooled over the scrumptious food served. It's a sojourn for the rudderless. When you find items like pizza, pita bread, humus you would feel that you ve found an oasis in scorching desert. Owner of the place has riveting accounts and philosophies to share, which may compel you to scratch your chin, ponder and you would end up gazing at the star studded sky like us. Are you prepared to dine under the star spangled sky with wafting aroma tantalizing your senses and when you resonate with my thought, you would remember that nomads would find their anchor for their...
Read moreI've eaten here twice. The first time, I ordered a banana lassi and a Buddha Bowl with chickpeas. The lassi was mild but good. The bowl was very small. A bit of sliced vegetables nicely arranged. The dips (hummus, soy sauce, and a spicy sauce) were good, but I would say inappropriate since the food isn't really for dipping. Especially for the excessively high price, too little is offered. The second time, I got falafel wraps. I didn't find them tasty at all. The falafel were too soft, should be crispier. The sauce for the wrap was mismatched. The flatbread was raw and soggy. It would be best if that was heated too. The menu says it comes with fries, which is almost a joke. Eight fries sadly sat next to my wrap. But they were tasty. The lemon-ginger-honey tea was very intense and delicious. The staff is extremely accommodating, there's a chill atmosphere, and the view from the rooftop terrace is nice. The prices...
Read moreWe were in orchha for a 2 day trip. I was searching for a place having backpackers kinda vibe. Found Cafe Nomads which is 300 meters from Ram Raja Temple. We went there a little late for dinner. Cafe has nomadic ambience, quite relaxing. Nice soothing music . You will find a wide variety of food in the menu. Service was the only thing which we would rate a bit low, but the overall experience makes me ignore it. We ordered Momos (Eggs and spring onion) , White Sauce ravioli with brocolli and cheese filling , chilli garlic noodles and coconut cashew smoothies. Apart from noodles everything else was just yumm. I would have rated 4 but this extra star is just for the humble owner who went out of the way to call us a taxi since our hotel was a good 4km away as it was quite late. So this is going to be our pitstop whenever we'll be visiting...
