KFC — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Had a terrible experience at KFC.. Dishes Ordered:

1. Tandoori Zinger Burger: The only thing that felt better amongst my other ordered items. The bun was soft, Tandoori mayo was fine too but was served cold..

2. Fries: Again cold and soggy fries were served..

3. Thums up: After ordering my menu the incharge 1st poured the thums up and kept at the counter without lid while arranging my other food items (Nearly took 15mins since the order was a bit large). Till then those glasses were left filled which made them damp (without fizz) at the time of consumption. When asked for lids, they had this answer "AB NAI RAKHTE".

4. Smoky Chicken: Just an antonym of the name. Bland, tasteless and smokeless chicken was served. Again Cold.

5. Crispy Chicken: Served Cold, was raw and I could easy make out that It was fried long back and it has almost nil crispyness with oil squeezing out.

6. Chicken Biryani: The rice were served with gravy and overall it was palatable. But again SERVED COLD..

7. Chicken Popcorn Maggi: The only item which I could find warm out of ordered menu. The taste was okayish and nothing special about the dish. Wouldnt recommend anyone ordering it and wasting money.

The place had hell lot of small flies which made the place unhygienic and difficult to enjoy our dinner.

Food deserve 0 rating i went to KFC for first time I ordered a Veg panner burger that i have specifically mentioned while ordering and also told them to add dual cheese they give me non veg burger that too after waiting for 15 min then I noticed it , i called the person how take the order complaint about what the hack they have done and seem like thats very usual thing for them to do such mistakes and even when i asked for the original order of veg burger they just gave me simple burger that just pissed me off, they i again complained quite frankly i just wanted to roast his staff badly for behaving carelessly but i some how controlled myself but a that point i decided i will never go back to KFC costumer service is very bad , I don’t know what kind of carless employee they have in...
