EXPIRED ITEMS. Very poor quality I bought a red velvet cake (2 nos & Rs.55 each) for my children's. It was looked like fresh and creamy. After the purchase i returned to Home within 10 mins once i opened the cake and touched it then only i knew it's already expired. It was the very worst experience 😡 my kid bite some pieces also I was so scared . And i throwed the cake to the garbage immediately. Thank god my child was safe. Not that great hotel. they don't no how to treat a customer. It took about 15 for a barrier to attend our table, that too at 8 o'clock in the morning only five customers including me in the hotel. When I asked whats their to eat he said only idly and dosa. When I asked for types of dosa. He said we have only plain dosa. Common man even road sides shops have variety's. Then why call this a restaurant. And I ordered for idly. I don't know what the hell on earth took him another 12 min to bring that four idlys....

Food tastes good. Rates also cheap. They have variety rice for 35 bucks which is a good deal. Place is also maintained clean. Service is one point they lack. Sometimes they are bit rude. The waiters are expecting for tips. How can a daily customer tip the waiters daily. My point is they will serve well if u are a high value customer, if not they dont care for you which is not good for daily customers. Also the billing manager doesn't have change all time.
