Read moreIf you are going with a big group, please don't opt for their buffet option. The starters came disoriented, the chicken was salty, the cheese balls were okay-ish, paneer tikka was not cooked properly. Pizza was 8/10. The "Drink" which they give out in their package is a filter filled with mojito which if finished, they don't refill. The main course is basically useless because by the time starters have been put out, people eat their stomachs out on them. And by this time people already have been indulged in the spirits/alcohol/beer. So people rarely finish(or even start) the main course. Dessert, I'll give them props for this because the brownie and ice cream combination was a good one.
Ambience, yes the outside seating combined with an indoors bar is a good one. But the dance floor has really low occupancy. No regard for the clients to give music recommendations. Live music is good.
Coming on to the scam- They compulsorily charge 10% service charge which is non debatable even though VAT, CGST, and SGST is present in the bill. They have posted 50% off on the Zomato platform for dining but when you actually go to the place they already have the buy one get one offer compiled. They say and I quote "You either claim the Zomato dining discount or you claim the buy one get one from us itself. Both cannot be claimed". Basically, an excellent marketing strategy to scam out the customers.
A special shout out to the barkeeps, they will cater to your needs for whatever you want, I asked for a Hoegaarden mixed with mango juice which they gave and it was perfect.
Regardless, my suggestion would be to separately order any items you require in a big group rather than the buffet option. (Please calculate whether this is affordable...

I was told that I'll have to pay Rs. 10,000 in advance and I'll be eligible to order food and drinks worth Rs. 20,000 as there was 50% discount on the bill. At the time of checkout we were handed the bill of Rs, 23,000 and were forced to pay that amount. So we informed the manager that we were told that we have cover charge till Rs. 20,000 and we'll have to pay the amount beyond Rs. 20,000. So that means we were supposed to pay only Rs. 3,000 as per the information we received. The staff there was highly unprofessional and unethical. They argued with us for almost 2 hours. They blocked us and told us that you wont even move from this place until and unless the bill is paid even though we were not trying to escape. We requested the captain who served all the food and drinks to call the manager as he had given the cover charge info. Manager didn't show up at all for almost one and half hours. We were mistreated and its the second time happening with us at the same branch. Last year on 26th eve, we faced the same situation and it was repeated today and that too on an extreme level. The staff mistreated and misbehaved with two of our female friends. We had visited the place to celebrate our friends birthday and it was ruined because of your poor service and hospitality. If you can't handover the franchise to those who have basic behavioral manners, then i request you please close the branch as it was a severe distress.
