We opted for the half n half topped with tuna, fresh mozzarella, prawns and a drizzle of chili-infused olive oil. The balance of heat, sauce, and gooey cheese made for a mouthwatering combination. The crust was light, airy, and had just the right amount of chew, true to Neapolitan-style perfection.

I recently had lunch at Toscano in Amanora Mall, Pune, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. We ordered a Margherita Pizza, Fettuccine Alfredo, Mushroom Risotto, and some Classic Fries.

Let's start with the highlights. The Margherita Pizza was a pleasant surprise—made with sourdough, it had this wonderful tanginess that paired perfectly with the fresh cheese toppings. I’m always on the lookout for good pizza, and this one didn’t disappoint! The Fettuccine Alfredo was another win. It was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, which is something you don't always find at other so-called Italian places. A little extra Parmesan on top would have made it even better, but that's just me being picky.

Now, onto the not-so-great part. The Mushroom Risotto was a bit of a letdown. It lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for, and the texture wasn’t quite right. The rice was slightly undercooked, which made the dish feel incomplete. The Classic Fries were just okay—nothing special, just your standard side of fries.

On the bright side, the ambiance at Toscano was really nice—cozy and inviting, perfect for a leisurely meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, which definitely added to the experience.
