I ordered a cake from this outlet on 09-12-24. First issue the cake was not fresh. Second issue while eating the cake I found a piece of metal scrubber which we use for washing utensils in the cake. They are so unhygienic and so unprofessional. We are paying 2 to 3 times extra money than other brands to eat such Pathetic quality cake.

This is the 2nd time I ordered cake here and I am really happy with it. You just send them cake pic and they will make it for you in very minimal price with good quality. I ordered 1 kg for my son's half birthday and it cost me 900rs only.. see the pic. They also have branch in Nigdi.

Dear team, you have good quality cakes baked but please let your customer know that the design on cake is edible or not.... this can hurt someone and also led to dangerous consequences as the product you sell is edible goods. Had the same experience as their were few decorative designs which where made out of plastic with pointed tip. Please keep this in mind as people are used to thing the designs on...

I am not even interested in giving one. Today 14 September 17 my daughters birthday. I bought black forest from bakers hut pimple saudagar branch. It was disaster, totally disappointing. It was smelling like yuk. I went to him, told him to taste, he said it is essences. You should at least serve worth a money....
