Ambience 3/5 The restaurant is definitely not the upscale one. I would not recommend if you are looking for candle light dinner with cozy western ambience. But you are genuinely a foodie and have a DESI tummy, this place is must visit. They also provide option of sitting on cot to give you fell like Dhaba.
Food 4/5 We had Masala papad, Gulabi Dal bati and Lassi. Masala papad was crunchy and tasted good with toppings of onion, tomato and sev. Gulabi Dal bati was simply awesome. I love the style of serving bati dipped with Ghee in Matki. Bati was easy to smash and goes perfect with Dal and ghee. A spicier Dal could make the experience better. Lassi was delicious, yummycious and lassicious. 😋😋😋
Staffs & Service 4/5 I can sense that everyone work here, are from Rajasthani village. These boys are quick in service, respondent, full of energy and equally etiquette compared with hotel management graduates.

Read moreWent to Rangoli on Friday, June 3rd, 2022. Ambiance, response by hotel staff, rate, arrangement etc. was good. Taste of food was also fine. Only one observation is as under: Ordered Maharaja Daal Bati, which is claimed to be in Desi Ghee. We received approximately one full bowl of Ghee along with 4 Daal Bati. We took some Daal Bati and ghee as parcel. Next day, I compared ghee of Rangoli with home made desi ghee. You can see result in the picture. Ghee on right side is home made desi ghee, which is thicken and granular, while desi ghee given along with Daal Bati is just like oil. It means, desi ghee given along with Daal Bati is adulterated. So, there is also question mark of adulteration of other items. I request hotel management to take care of health of customers. Instead of one full bowl of ghee, you may provide only one spoon of ghee per Daal Bati, but please provide pure and non...

see Updated review 2022 : Earlier it used to be very cheerful restaurants I knew but after the pandemic it is not as good as it was.
Plus points: They do bonfire for customers in open area and stream IPL or world cup matches during season. Their dal-bati is the only dish has maintained the quality.
Minus points: Taste has been changed for dishes. Less number of staff after the pandemic hence very limited dishes were available. Now even after getting back to normal they don't have the same taste, additionally their prices has been increased. Not worth spending so much money but if you are in area and want to tey dal bati...
