Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs if you value your time or sanity. During the movie interval, we rushed in hoping for a quick bite, but what we got was an agonizingly slow billing process that took a full 20 minutes for just our order! And guess what? The store was practically empty!
But the incompetence didn't end there. Preparing our simple order also took an absurd amount of time – another 20 minutes wasted! It's like they're operating in slow motion, even after requesting multiple times.
To top it all off, their terms and conditions are utterly nonsensical. They refused our Zomato district payment for the entire order, insisting we pay for a portion via some other method and the "low category" items separately. Seriously? What kind of ridiculous policy is that? It's inconvenient, illogical, and clearly designed to frustrate customers.
This Taco Bell offers nothing but terrible service and idiotic rules. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Zero stars!

we placed our orders for Spicy and cheesy food for ourself I then started looking for food for my baby. The Taco Bell staff noticed that I was having trouble in finding soft, child-friendly food that aren't spicy, salty, or seasoned in the entire food court. It was a nice gesture by the manager, Mr. Tanaji, to offer me a portion of wonderful potato fries. Moreover, he came to see my kid loving the fries.

Then I saw that my order number had gone off their screen which was showing the orders in progress and ready ones. I went back to check if they still had my order and where it was. They said that one of the items was pending. So, I went back to my table and waited for my order number to be called out for collection. I kept waiting and could see that they continued to take more orders and even the ones taken after me were getting delivered but my order was nowhere in sight. I went back again and asked where my order was and the guy said something or the other was getting delayed for the order and he placed an incomplete order in front of me and asked me to wait longer.
