Today is another day of hospital duty. But before I enter I have to do some "Pet Pooja". So today I'm checking out @merlins_relish_the_dish located in front of Robert's Hospital. It's basically a rooftop cafe with a couple of tables to eat.

The person doing the cooking had joined recently & was serving with a smile. I did not want to order anything elaborate after I got an earful from my father yesterday for being late, so I ordered the quickest item on the menu, the Chicken Roll.

It took exactly 8 mins to prepare. The roll came well presented. It had just the right portions. I took a bite & the bread was very different. It had a very soft & smooth texture to it. I don't ever recall such a bread in rolls before. The filling had generous amount of ketchup & was saucy but thankfully it wasn't too sweet. The filling had pcs of chicken, cabbage, carrot, capsicum & onions. It looked like a lot but it wasn't too filling. Infact I wished there was a little bit more of meat. Anyway this isn't like the kathi rolls you get in Muslim run establishments. Even the fast food near my house makes something similar to this.

Anyway for 80 bucks it was decent enough, (I'll happily pay 100 for some more meat).
