5 Spice — Restaurant in Mumbai

Not a pleasant experience, i wish i could get the name of the person who was waiting on us but he didn't feel welcome at all......didn't talk properly... looked kinda upset about everything 😅😅..... I liked the Barbecue Chicken which was spicy and made perfectly... the Chicken Hakka Noodles were below par...wouldn't recommend it.... the main Issue was the guy waiting here... i don't know how many people are getting ripped off here but i saw my bill was of 1069...including all the taxes... because of the poor experience i asked him to remove the service charge which was 80Rs... when he revised the bill it was 1040...... its not a matter of 40-80rs but this shouldn't happen..... i didn't do anything further there because it would've created a scene n there were families around having a good time...I just hope they didn't get conned after...

HOW CAN U FEED ROTTEN FOOD TO UR CUSTOMERS??? I m a very regular home delivery customer since almst a year now... there were times where every sunday my dinner was fixed ' Chicken Mongolian Pot Rice'. We were literally addicted to it!!! Last night i ordered "veg mongolian pot rice" and to my disappointment it was absolutely pathetic!!! This is not the first time dat i have ordered veg pot rice. The corn kernels in it were totally rotten n smelling... i just cudnt consume it.. Even after special instructions of not making it spicy n putting less sauce, there was more sauce than regular n hence was equally spicy... Also they hav increased the price too since this month so it was absolutely waste of rs.380 for me!! I shall definately consider some other place to order next time but NEVER 5 Spice... HOW CAN YOU FEED ROTTEN FOOD TO...

We were told the wait was of 25 mins but in actuality we had to wait for more than 1 hour. Waiting area was loaded with mosquitos and I returned home with tons of mosquito bites. There were mosquitos inside the restuarant as well. They would constantly bite you on your legs.

Food is usually great here but this trip was dissapointing. Apple chicken ordered tasted like a day or 2 old. Also they were cold from within which suggested that chicken was kept in fridge for a long time and re-used again. Service was very slow and there were many unhappy customers around us. Even for water one had to wait for ages. Staff was struggling throghout. Anyone would point out that their management needs a big change.

Usually prefer 5 spice for food and desert but very disappointed...
