The day the owner shreds her ego and attitude, this cafe can become half as good as Blackbox cafe ever was in this location. Absolutely Terrible experience. First and last time here.

If you use GPay, they will not refund you. The staff is terrorized by the owner and they're helpless as they understand the customer but are forced to follow the instructions of the owner.

We ordered simple tea which took 30mins. I had to ask where the tea is as the tea counter and the machine operations were not taking place.

Eventually the tea arrived in a glass cup. The cup was dirty with water stains and also had a reddish tinge. We lost our appetite. We took the tea back asked them to take it back. The staff was confused with my request They scrambled to find a container to pour this tea into and wanted dto get it off that dirty cup.

I asked if they have paper cups. The guy at the cash counter ran inside screaming to find paper cups. I could see him lining up plastic cups to pour hot tea in. I asked the other staff to stop him but he already poured.

Now we were completely disgusted by the food handling and we just wanted to leave from there. The counter guy comes out with clean glass cups and pleads us to take it. Which we refused. We requested for a refund.

Now the cash counter person is confused again. He tried to click some buttons on the cash register. Opening and closing it. And then he calls the owner, explains her what happened and asks me to talk to her

I told her exactly what happened, she was like "GPay goes to the bank, we will give you your tea. (This is where 45 minutes have passed) I refused that tea as we lost all appetite, and she straight refused to refund GPay. My evening was ruined. Was the first time I saw this place and decided to check it out. Not gonna go here again. I'll advise go somewhere else like CSB or Madrasi. Pay more and get better quality of service...

BAITHAK KANDIWALI EAST THAKUR VILLAGE I am sorry to inform you that your staff here has no manners to speak to customers , use of abusive language and they chew tobacco all the time would you like to be in a cafe where the serving and cooking staff having tobacco while preparing food for you. The place smells a-lot now days , Its not clean at all the tables a sticky and when we ask them to clean it the cloth they are using is even worse. Your staff asks us money for alcohol and want money . Once i gave him a 500 rs note for a 230 rs bill he refused to give the change back and was stubborn i cant accept such behaviour The next time this happens i am going to file a serious complaint against this. People are smoking all around the cafe. The tea and coffee is not up to mark most of the times its either bland or too sweet . We ordered one black tea and one butterfly pea tea, and our experience was disappointing from start to finish:

Excessive Wait Time: We had to wait over 30 minutes for our order.

Dirty Glasses: When the tea finally arrived, it was served in glass cups that were clearly not clean.

Unhygienic Practices: We witnessed them pouring the tea from these dirty cups into plastic cups.

Loss of Appetite:This unhygienic handling made us lose our appetite, and we decided to ask for a refund as we no longer wanted to consume anything from there.

Refund Issue: When we requested a refund, they initially refused, saying they could not issue one. We had to argue to get our money back.

Poor Customer Service: The owner got involved, and she was just as rude. If you're reading this, please know that making customers wait over an hour for tea, failing to acknowledge your mistakes, and trying to blame us is unacceptable.
