New Chopsticks — Restaurant in Mumbai

Visited on the 31st night. Ordered chopsuey, it was filled with "timepass" if you are unaware it's a crunchy thing served before your food. It was just harrowing....veg hakka noodles were burnt. It took them 1 hour to serve the food, as we were seated in the non AC section which went unnoticed due to no extra demand for the non AC seating...when ordering they said the main course will take 20 minutes, but the starter took them 40 minutes to serve, then 10 minutes later they served the rest of the starter. 1 hour into the experience they brought the main course, with a gap of 10 minutes between the veg hakka noodles and the chopsuey. No sauce tray was given...even upon repeated requests they didn't give. We had to ask them again to give it. Maybe just shut down the restaurant when the demand gets out...

I was a regular customer of new chopsticks restaurant as we really like the taste of food until yesterday (15th sep 2024), where while having dinner with my family - my cousin got a big finger nail in her triple schezwan rice. We were shocked by seeing this. When we complaint the waiter and owner they said sorry madam “aisa toh ho jata hai kabhi kabhi”. I got extremely disappointed by seeing such behaviour of them. I strictly requests customers not to visit such restaurants who pays zero hygiene towards the quality of food. #Unhygienic New...
