Ordered Cheese cake for my birthday and that was not authentic. Plus ordered a side pastry from Zomato and found 1 inch wodden stick in it. Also complained in the shop, they said manager will call you regarding the problem and nobody called. Also they wont pickup my call. That stick fortunately didn't harm my mouth but it would have been life threatening. Zomato is not responsible for this since they only deliver the food and this was found inside the pastry

Worst experience when I walked myself to buy the cake .the containers in which the cake comes are dirty stained to the core . Poor quality of hygiene n cleanliness.i have been eating cakes from Birdys since i was a child but will never ever buy anything from there or let my friends or family buy it from there . V dirty containers in which the cakes come to the store im shocked . I will definitely share on social media so tht people get aware of the poor hygiene standards...
