I had ordered for cold coffee and there was an alive cockroach in the coffee. When I went and told the sales guy, the sales guy said it is impossible and u would have kept the cockroach inside itself. After getting the cockroach in the mouth this person says that I should keep the cockroach inside the glass. What kind of service it is.
