Worse service from Domino's

If I'm there at 10.45 they won't give me anything to eat

Experienced last week I was hungry and had called up from my phone and ordered and I reached at Domino's at 10.30 sharp The guy made me wait for 10 mins cause he didn't understand what my order is even after me giving him the order number and then giving me wrong order

I had ordered for 1 garlic bread and 1 dip and what he gave was 2 pizzas (I understand human mistake it happens)

Then comes the major issue I had to tell him my name my phone number and my order id no. Then he got my order properly which was apparently cold

I wanted to pay via credit card but which I did but apparently their machines get shut down but my transaction got through but he told me I would be getting refund which I got after 5days

Since I had no cash I asked for other payment option paytm but that didn't work either so I asked for other payment option but they had none

So basically I was hungry the whole night came home and slept without food

Worst service ever...

Worst outlet of Dominos..(peddar road, near purnima apartment) the girl at the counter had super attitude. She kept telling that dine in order will be delayed due to insufficient staff. Forced me to make cash payment by saying network server is down(which is usual thing in every dominos outlet now a days). Coming back to the food, this is "Pathetic" pizza and garlic bread i have ever eat. I was a big fan of garlic bread with cheese dip before, however i will never eat it in my life again in any dominos outlet. Pizza was uncooked, not tasty and waste of time.. same with garlic bread which feels like serving directly without preparing at all.they also forget to give cheesy dip for which i had already paid for. While sharing the feedback about the food, the girl at counter got away in the kitchen without listening to the complain saying abhi to banaya hai. Unfortunately, i dont have the photos to post it here. Guys, we the customers are giving you business, dont disrespect...

Past couple of times that i have ordered from Dominoes (via Zomato app), some customer service rep always calls and gives bullshit excuse that there are road closures/ traffic issues due to which the order might be delayed for 1+hours and ask for cancellation. Now, no other restuarant in that area faces such issues , only dominoes faces and they always call ~20-25mins AFTER placing the order, which at that point, i am already expecting the food in the next 15-20 mins and have already waited 20mins. So i have to go figure out my dinner options again waiting another 30-40 mins.

Clearly the restaurant has accepted too many orders , and dont understand why cant they just activate " not accepting orders" option in the Food Delivery Apps and resort to such practices. The Customer rep is also always rude and unable to answer questions. Horrible experience. I have been facing these issues multiple times now with Dominoes and dont see ordering from here for the...
