Shobha Refreshment — Restaurant in Mumbai

So, I was passing by and felt like picking up a plate of Idli... Upon asking for menu, he gave me "delivery menu" which charged me Rs. 65. I asked for their restaurant menu and there it was Rs. 55. So I told the man at the cash counter in a soft but firm tone that I am neither using your ac nor your service then why will I pay as per delivery menu?! And secondly, delivery menu is supposed to be cheaper due to the same reason. Even Amar Restaurant, Tardeo 's delivery menu is atleast 20% cheaper than restaurant menu!! His guilt was shown in the way he started speaking with me thereafter... Further, a very old lady came for a pickup and he again provided her the delivery menu... So I alerted her to which she thanked me 2-3 times... And just walked off as she felt cheated by the restaurant... Again, that guy took offence and was like "Aap mic leke khade ho jao... Aap galat kar rahe ho!!" I am like dude, seriously?! I told him that I ll make sure that I spread this and review you online!! So anybody who wants to pick up food from here, make sure you choose from restaurant menu... ...and if it is for delivery, then again they cannot charge 20% higher for each item as you are not sitting in the restaurant and using their ac or services!! If they want, they can charge you Rs. 20-30 extra towards delivery charges... But definitely not 20% higher for each item... And if they reason that we are charging because we have to pay Zomato as well... Then that's their greed... You cannot have best of both worlds... If you want your business to increase and so you opt to deliver through Zomato, Swiggy, etc. then you cannot recover that cost from customers... I hope this review helps customers, which should be an indirect slap on the unethical and a cheat...

They are taking full advantage of Mahalaxmi temple and Haji ali dargah location as its full of visitors. This arrongant hippo with pony tail sitting on cash counter doesn't know how to talk & behave with customers. Stopping incoming customers with showing hand, rudely shouting "Ruko bahar, abhi khali nhi hai". Asking rudely for the cash payment for food bills. Also lazy idiot throwing green laser lights on customer tables and waiters to communicate with them.People have to wait outside in scorching sun becoz there is no restaurant nearby in that area. Place is very cramped, a/c hall above is only about 5.5 feet. You have to bow down head to walk there. Food menu is overpriced meant for looting customers as they doesn't justify the ambiance, quality. Advice: Definitely no for lunch or dinner. You can go for south indian snacks nd paw bhaji if you don't have any other...

The restaurant is located within 100mts from the road entrance of Mahalaxmi temple.

We went to the restaurant nearly at 10PM & we were seating in AC. We ordered everything in jain.

We had Paneer Butter Masala - tomato pieces where there not even proper gravy was there. Veg. Jaipuri - we can call it as a cabbage and peas sabji.

Plain roti - it was cold.

Butter roti & Butter Naan - it was cold & too hard to make bites also.

Dal fry - it was hot but when we mix it with jeera rice it becomes cold as jeera rice was not hot.

Chocolate milkshake - chocolate taste was coming but it consist more of a water then milk.

Food was expensive compared to taste of the food they served. Service was slow and not proper.

From 10:15PM onwards serving people started saying again and again, "10:15PM ko hum AC ka secion band kar dete hai. Order jaldi de do sab close hone vala hai. Ye vala last order hoga." They were delaying in service.

They accept Only Cash Payments with GST. No...
