Domino's Pizza | Mama Parmanand Marg, Girgaon — Restaurant in Mumbai

It was pathetic experience, I would not recommend anyone to go here they are just fooling customers. When you enter and tell them the order that you want to eat they tell you before ordering that it will take 1 hour to prepare your pizza. I mean really does it takes 2 double cheese Margherita regular to take 1 hour. The restaurant was very dirty with no cleanliness. There was one lady who was taking order she was least interested in taking order she was telling whoever was ordering that your order will take 1 hour. Due to that half of customers were going away. They charged us 550 rs for that and after receiving order the pizza was not hot as I saw at other Domino's outlets it was just feeling like someone else order which was cancelled has been handed over to us, and also there was no green seal on the box that Domino's puts. There waiters and order takers are least interested to listen to us this is the first time I have seen Domino's service very disappointing and disgusting. Domino's have to take care of their outlets and how they serve to their customers their head should come as a normal customer in the outlet and order as normal customer at that time they will get idea how they are serving and putting Domino's reputation down. Domino's should keep an eye on their workers and quality they serve if they can't then.

It is better to eat pizza from road stalls They are 50% cheaper than Domino's and very tastier also.

I would request all the customers not to visit this Domino's restaurant and also the photos and location on maps posted are totally wrong it is from previous location of opera house I am attaching my bill and other photos for reference where it is exactly located.

Yesterday I went there I was alone when I entered some of tables were occupied and some empty and the all empty table were dirty I gave my order n I got a fresh table in the middle then I told some body can I seat one that last or smaller table then he told yess seat I went on the table and seat nobody come to clean that table I have call like in dhaba bhai can please clean this table after 15 to 20 min when my food was ready then I saw people were cleaning tale and the people those are coming are always seat on the dirty table I don't know they have shortage of staff but or they were just avoiding to clean n the quality of food was so so sauce on the pizza cooked but sides were not cooked properly i don't know what's the role of there manager I even didn't see on the floor only the good thing was girl who took my order was excellent she smiled wished and explain me I don't thing I will...

On 3rd March we visited this place for a quick meal at 8pm. It took them 30 mins to place the order. After paying didn't receive the bill. Previous customers waiting for their order started arguing with the staff as they were waiting since almost an hour! Immediately I cancelled my order.

As I paid by credit card, I was told my money would get refunded in 7 days. It's the 8th day now and no refund yet! Wonder if they cancelled the order or no.

The counter guy named Santosh and store manager Mohsin have given their contact numbers but Santosh's number provided is incorrect and Mohsin is not reachable!

Their wash basin didn't have any water as well.

Please eat at a roadside stall rather than eating here!!
