I bought a scooty am I asked to park besode his bike when thr place was a lot empty on which the manager argues we have paid for it. I mean, where in the place you could pay for this kind of parking? OK, even if you pay to any authority, don't you have a basic decency to understand that you are outlet is the smallest around over here? The people don't hang in over here. Some people just want to come here. Have small snacks and just go away. How much of my scooty occupied or was procuring the services of this shitty parking? All the people know there is problem in dadar and prabha devi of parking and we were not just timepasseres to obstacle his so called parking space for delivery bikes?? I mean we are here in your outlet to eat and to get away anyone can arrange a smallest parking space for scooty on an outlet when there is ample left on your side. To this his reply - sir aap kahi aur jaiye yaha main park sirf meri delivery ki gaadiyan karunga? Arey toh pay kisko BMC ko kar raha hai na parking ka ,how would your bike be towed? One of the most pathetic place to order pizza is Dominos,Prabhadevi Branch Opp to Siddhivinayak Temple,Dadar, this place has a moody staff there is no proper response they never pick the phone,they never maintain quality standards they totally mess up the toppings, their pizza crust is sometimes half burnt or chewy, they never maintain proper quality and every time the pizza tastes different from last time, I have never seen such worst management it has almost occurred in many instances they made plenty of goof ups before but I kept ignoring maybe it's a new staff or a trainee,but it has become frequent with them, they don't have the courtesy to pick the call or atleast inform the customer it wud be late, atleast show some discipline we are regular customers and this how they take us for granted, they mess the order they damage the food while delivering do you ever follow or maintain any rules on your training or has it become a habit of damaging the food or messing up the taste i have been to several outlets of dominos pizza but everytime they maintain the same standard but here specifically it's very bad in service specially the pizzas taste according to their mood, either they don't wanna improve or they don't wanna try even maintain standard. First of all will suggest the authority or the right person to plz hire good staff with good manners & good knowledge about coustomer service.Very worst, unexpected & disappointing experience,the staff was very rude & unbothered about the situation ,the staff was very very negligible & disrespectful no staff came to have talk,the rider was having conversation with me on the counter which was very strange. I made the home delivery with COD at 09:01 pm for the party at home which was expected to arrive within 30 mins but waiting for 1 hr 15 mins (showing order dispatched on my track order for more than 30 mins) I had to go by myself to the store to pick the order. According to the T&C of the company if the order doesn't arrive at your place in 30 mins the store has to give refund or a free pizza which the rider straight away denied by saying no we can't do anything now. Even tried calling the store contact no. For 6 7 times no one was receiving the call (it was showing busy) despite of having 30-40 mins Ieft for the store to close .The lady staff told me that the store is closed at 10:20 pm (whereas the store closing time is 11 pm which was showing open on google) Will tell the company to take the right action & do the needful for the behaviour & for the pathetic service...
