It has full loaded bar & smoking area, outdoor seating with open air facing popular Juhu Beach, they also have private dining area, It has large Screen, they have Air Conditioned section as well, place has wifi too.
one can enjoy one of best evening with romantic candle light dinning experience with breezy sea view and good music.
Place is taken over the Aurus villa to open Estella, a "modern Australian" restaurant who already own Radio Bar and Silver Beach Café.
Drinks: Bar has plenty of option to choose right from Beer, Red/White wine, Sangria, Vodka and Gin, Scotch, Champagne and Sparkling Wines, Rum, Cocktail and Mocktails.
First Plate: Estella Tempura Asparagus Maki Rolls (Sushi) one of best veg Sushi that one can get rolled with avocado & cucumber carpaccio served with pink ginger and mango soy dressing
Main Plates: Wild mushroom, Chive & Truffle Risotto with smoked Goat Cheese: This risotto is simply delicious, got over in no time, recommended for people who like truffle oil risotto.
Pumpkin & Spinach Stuffed in Eggplant shoes topped on Kale Veloute, Salsa & Pine Nuts: This dish totally surprises you by its taste, it is dish well made, totally delicious,loved trio of eggplant, spinach and pumpkin, if you see its pic, its very colourful and appealing.
Asparagus portobello Tortelloni: we were served ring-shaped pasta, sometimes also described as "navel shaped"/ "belly button" with melted cheese based sauce (welsh rarebit sauce) & chilli caramel crackle (sugar, vinegar, garlic, chilli mix), while tomato gave tanginess to it,gardened with few greens on top of it.
Swiss chilly Potato Rosti: This is famous Swiss breakfast dish made from mildly seasoned grated potatoes that are pan-fried, stuffed with exotic vegetable & pine nut topped up with cottage cheese gateaux (Cake shaped), pumpkin parmesan cream was used as layer (base). Liked the taste of sauce, pan fried potato were bit chewy and difficult to cut.
Sweet Course: Belgina chocolate Fondant: Belgina chocolate fondant served with White house churned peanut butter ice cream, chilly caramel crackle, toffee sauce & himalyan salt, good delight for chocolate lovers.
Blue Berry & lavender viennese shortbread with rose petal pannacotta: Lemon flavor pannacotta was my favourite out of all the desserts that i tried here, shortbread gave bit crunchineess and Chef has made good use lavender cream, blueberry between above shortbread in layered form. Totally fresh and well presented.
Triple Layered chocolate Ganache with expresso crumble: Once again very expresso crumble used wisely to balance sweetness of triple layered chocolate ganache. Ensure that you try all three combo together to get best taste, don't miss to reach its bottom.
Felt good that I as vegetarian had plenty of option to opt for, thanks to Chef Aniket who recommended some of top signature dishes in veg for us. Chef Aniket has worked at places like Oberoi, Grand Hyatt and Etihad Airlines too.

All ingredients,inputs used in preparation are exclusive and they actually import sea food specialities from country of origin.WOW. Great food served in wonderful ambience.Best time to visit this place is around 6 pm..Enjoy the food with arabian sea view ,sunset,dusk in backdrop..Simply breathtaking ..It just cant get better.. Afternoons this place is mostly used for private parties .. So its mostly open for public in evenings.Once-Twice a month they have a sunday brunch .I would love to visit again and try their brunch.

DOUBLE BAKED GOAT CHEESE SOUFFLE WITH BRAISED LEEK CONFIT WITH CRANBERRY PICKLE (V)- With aged parmesan cheese, apple walnut & mustard sauce...I loved the presentation and rich ingreadients used in this dish...Must try.

Overall a great concept and importantly executing it to perfection. I also noticed CHEF ANIKET personally visiting every table and taking feedback from guests,interacting with them and on request even preparing dishes as per a customer's request to suit clients taste bud ...A restaurant for the customer and by the customer.

Din’t take any food pics as it was a private birthday party. Just decor & cake pics this time .
He booked the whole place which allowed me to walk around, explore the entire place @ my own pace & my overall experience was ordinary.
FOOD If Din’t taste the appetisers but my Veg Main options were :- Khow suey - Excellent Spaghetti - good Bread with cheese n garlic dip - ok
Desserts Tiramisu - Very Nice Gajar ka Halwa - decent Birthday cake
Note :- Veg Food Options are limited but food quality is decent

ESTELLA is divided into 2 sections Inner & Outer Area are separated by a door. The inside area is quite cozy, romantic & perfect for couples / dates.
Outer area was disappointing as it was hot & frankly the sea view had nothing to offer. View is ordinary & overly hyped tbh.
I loved the inside area more than the outer area. It’s cool, cozy, romantic, has live music playing & a small dance floor too.
Veg Food Options are limited & it’s a shame when your paying high prices for a place like Estella. In terms of VFM 👎

INDOOR - A/c SECTION Inside area was air conditioned, dim light ,decent seating, live music band playing in one corner & a small area to dance 💃next to the bar.
OUTDOOR - OPEN / SEA VIEW (NON A/c )
The outer area is open, smoke zone, spacious, decent seating space , lit pretty well , sea view ( frankly the view is dull ).
For the party - Outside area was decorated , camera & video personal were clicking snaps & lot of room space allowed invitees to move around who wanted to stand or stroll around to meet friends. Outer area doesn’t feel congested while the inside area can feel when it’s packed.
BAR
The Bar is a long curvy rectangle stretch from the indoor section to the outdoor giving convenience to customers / invitees to order from the closest point from their seating area. Quite thoughtful 👍 Types of Liquor on offer were good but brand variety was limited ( private party ) Bar tenders were polite & attentive but put a lot of ice even after requesting them to put just 1. Mocktails & coolers such as Mojito , pinacolada, fresh lime were average. Cocktails tasted diluted because their ice portion was too much & alcohol content was less.
Overall Estella turned out ordinary & inside seating area is better. Outer area - Hot & Sea view is over hyped. 👎 Veg options are less so all my Veg friends be prepared for a limited choice to choose from @ premium prices.
