Stayedd at Sea Princess with my Family from 28th June 24 to 2nd July 24. Had two Disabled Family members with me. Firstly we checked in and then was given 1 Disabled room and 1 Normal room, both rooms had damp and they were smelling like Dead Rats in the room. They felt like you were in Prison!!!!. The Corridor on the 1st Floor was smelling like there was dead Rats. The hotel only has the ONE Disabled room, Is That Right????||||I spoke to reception and they moved us to Fifth floor into New Rooms , these rooms weren't Disabled but the rooms were Definitely like being in JAIL!!! Spoke to the Manager he said he would come and talk to me but he didn't, SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!!!||||It gets Bad to Worse, I wanted to post a letter to Gujarat spoke to Poonam and she said NO Problem, went down and spoke to her, she said 500 Rupees, I asked what to post letter and she said Yes, I have spoken to Ashish on Travel Desk and that is the charge!!!!!. I asked to speak to the Manager and this Random person came out, I explained the situation and he said 100 Rupees I said NO problem.||||Wanted to check out went down again was with Poonam as I had already told her when I went to post letter. She said 5mins waited 15 mins still not checked out , Taxis were waiting, this was causing delay. On the bill they added Two Parking charges fir when I was picked up which I had prepaid for Pick up and Drop off however they sent two Taxis due to luggage. When I spoke to Ashish and Anil the Manager they said they would send One Taxi and if needed will send another Taxi. NO PARKING CHARGES WERE EXPLAINED. I ALSO ADVISED THE NUMBER OF SUITCASES I HAD. On checkout they added two parking charges one 420 and for 360 where the second Car they sent were there fir 5 mins. I disgusted with the hotel services and explanations , they are RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL AND GIVE FALSE INFORMATION. This is not the First experience I have had with them. The first time it happened I let them off.
