Fish Land — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst service, worst food and worst restaurant I have ever experienced...i had gone here today with my 2 sisters for dinner...so according to this restaurant(which Im not even feeling like it should be called as a restaurant bcoz honestly roadside thelas r better than this place) we should just pay watever bill they will put infront of us even after giving us a food which was disaster, service which was horrible n the worst to worst thing was the behaviour of the manager or the owner I donno who he was... seriously I spoiled my whole mood today by visiting this restaurant..1st thing when we entered in this so called restaurant, within 5 minutes the waiter served us the water. 2nd thing The place was so bad we were literally experiencing musquito bites we just couldn't take it n we had to tell them to give us a different table. 3rd thing after serving the water we asked 1 of the waiter who had come to take the order almost after 10 mins about the difference between 2 diff tandooris so that we could decide which 1 to order bt he didn't have the answer to the question so he said he will confirm n get back to us bt surprisingly he didn't come back only to us. After that another waiter came to take the order we askd him the same question, he answered us n we ordered our dish after 5 mins we ordered the main course also 4th thing our chiken tandoori starter came bt it was not fully cooked, it was literally half cooked from inside it was only cooked from outside..we complained about the dish they gave the new dish In replacement bt till then it was alredy 1 our completed since we had entered In the restaurant..we were kept waiting just for the starter for 45 mins which means we wasted our 45 mins over der meanwhile no waiter came to inform us that this is going to take tym should we get ur main course or atleast to inform that main course is ready...we were so hungry that we got so irritated by the service. 5th thing the waiter who came to serve the dishes he didn't even know how to serve he was not even able to hold the service spoon properly we felt so weird that we had to serve our food to ourselves by our own hands only 6th thing none of the waiter was properly trained about the service..even after completing the starter the starter plates were still lying on the table nobody was even looking at the table to see if they should clear the plates or they should pour the water in the glasses or anything..we had to call them literally to clear the things on table When we complained to the manager or owner watever he was he said sorry i take this feedback vry positively bt this dosent happen always n bla bla When we completed the dinner forcefully the guy who had come to clear the plates he spoiled the used finger bowl's water on my cousin's clothes n the horrible part was he didn't even said sorry for that Finally we lost it totally n we again went to the manager n told him this whole situation he kept saying sorry I'll look into this... We got so angry that we didn't even felt like they deserve to get paid anything for such bad food quality, such bad restaurant quality n it was total waste of money n specially of our tym...still for the respect of their business we paid them 500rs when our bill was smthng around 800rs as we had alredy askd them if they still expectes us to pay the full amount after such horrible service they said they will give us a discount Now the last n most pathetic part of this that when we paid them 500rs non of the staff said anything about it n when we left from the restaurant n crossed the road to the other side the same restaurant manager came behind us to stop us n told us that u can give watever review u want bt u have to pay this full bill...ur total bill is 830rs n u have to pay the whole amount we don't give discounts to anyone like that..we clearly denied to pay the rest of the 330 rs for this obvious reasons, wat he said after was totally unbelievable n not acceptable..he said people like u come for the free food this is how u get free food..i still can't believe his...

This is located at main circle we check-in around 9:10 we were waited fr 25 min in that time period one water we asked him to Wat will be the difference in Chicken tandoori and chicken Afghani the waiter said let me ask I will get back to you..... Surprisingly that he didn't returned back afterwards 10 min we ask another waiter about same he explained and we rcvd order after 30 min Even that Tandoori was even cooked half of chicken was uncooked... We informed manager he replaced and served another plate.... Even at same time when we ordered starter we ordered main course....even that also not well prepared that butter Roti was over burned and we felt that we are eating papad.... Apart that we ordered solkadi that was deep freeze one the have served which was taste less....

I purposely informed the Owner he was like I am sorry and all... But think to mentioned that staff is not at all experienced....even after finishing starter fr 10 to 15min the empty dishes was lying on table know one was llooking towards it... For that also. We called waiter and asked him to clean... He took 2 plates only instead of 3 plates.... After finishing our dinner.... The waiter whom came to clean the table he messed upy entire dress with finger bowl waste water... He even never said sorry after mistaken...... Again I informed the owner but is not at all into it..... He is like OK mam will see.... and all ..

At the time of billing we said after those messed up do u think should we pay the whole amount.....fr entire tasteless and worthless food....... Wer even they don't have proper Chef.... Which is necessity to change the staff....

Our Bill was 840...on respect we just paid 500....after stepping out the hotel the Owner was like u people Like u comes fr free food....Even in middle of Road he was expecting the difference amount 380....... How pathetic he is totally Not in discipline... I think the owner himself he is mannerless.... After misbehaved he is still asking to way which is not at all expected from such nonsensnonsense PeOples .....Not having a single discipline in talking with customers and how to welcom... and greedd the custoMer

In this today's situation I will suggest if u people truly think abt hygiene and good food....

Please don't visit this Hotel...

Reason to put this review is if u people are serious abt ur health don't visit this hotel....

Date - 6 oct 2021. We ordered chicken handi with butter rotis and chicken biryani. The handi gravy was pathetic with coriander seeds used as a tadka to it... the biryani is horrible. I am almost on a guilt trip after having such tasteless biryani... they should call it masala rice with some chicken in it. I and my friend finally decided to eat the rice of so called biryani with the curd from raita... dahi chawal tastes better than this. The rice was tasting like stale rice from the fridge. And on top of everything the chicken was half cooked. Feeling sorry for my stomach, it had to suffer. And then paying Rs. 660 for dahi masala chawal is the worst...

Not satisfied...

Bad taste...

Cold food

Not worth money at all.

Only people who have never tasted food from any good restaurants would love to eat here due to the ambience. I wish I could say more... so much...
