I recently visited Flute Restaurant inside Krishna Palace Hotel at Grant Road for lunch along with a colleague, and the experience was delightful from start to finish. The ambience is classy yet comfortable, with a touch of elegance that makes it perfect for both business and casual outings. We started with Chicken Manchow Soup, Dynamite Prawns, and a refreshing Watermelon Salad, all of which set a great tone for the meal. The Mumbai Sunshine cocktail was vibrant and well-balanced. For the mains, we had Chicken Lehsuni, Bhatti Da Murg, and Cheese Garlic Naan – the Lehsuni Chicken was undoubtedly the star of the show with its bold, garlicky taste. Mutton Rogan Josh also stood out with its rich spicy and aromatic flavour. The Chicken Biryani that followed was aromatic and satisfying. Desserts were a highlight – the Butterscotch Ice Cream, Malai Kulfi, and the indulgent Pull Over Chocolate Cake were all top-notch, especially the chocolate cake, which was rich and gooey. The service was attentive and prompt, complementing the excellent food. Overall, Flute Restaurant offers a well-rounded dining experience with great food, good service, and a pleasant setting. Definitely worth a visit if you're around Grant Road.

Flute restaurant turned out to be a major disappointment. While the kitchen staff delivered decent food, the service was a total disaster and an insult to any diner's expecrations. We had to chase the staff for almost everything from plates, serving food, cleatimg plates,water...rotis arrived long after the main course. The cocky manager Sanjiv Tiwari, was perhaps the worst part of the experience. He was argumentative, unapologetic and was okay with the chaotic and disreapectful service. To make matters worse, the whole staff seemed to clustered around one VIP group, negleacting other dinera totally. The elusive boss Mr Dharam never showed up. If you looking for a place that vaues all its guests, give Flute a miss. The place is a very big let down.

Service is slow, u had to ask for plates and spoons upfront, staff is very slow, managers where also not looking ,standing at one corner just not bothered if someone is calling for not. None of staff had smile on their face it was looking if they are forced to work. No one at the reservation counter to see if there are any new reservation. You have to ask for table and they would not even bother to be kind enough to tell if there is space to sit or not , you have to upfront ask them is the table available .this was my first and last visit to the place.

We visited Flute 24 Hrs for casual lunch. It is very nice place for family dinings with very beautiful Decor and very serene ambience. We loved the food ,it was very delicious and cooked very well, be it veg or non veg everything was very much perfect and we thouroghly enjoyed it. Also, the live performance was a treat to watch and enjoy. We felt the prices were slightly on higher side, but considering the ambience, decor and service which we received it was all worth it and with Zomato Pro it became very much reasonable. Service was exceptional and should be like this everywhere, Special thanks to Shivaji Shetty as he recommended us so many tasty dishes and also offered us complimentary dessert. Overall I will highly recommend this place for family outings as well as...
